The lobby and restaurant looked great and the location was not too bad. About a 20 minute walk into the old town

I don’t think it qualifies as 4 star. Whilst the lobby is renovated the rooms are dated. My room smelled of smoke even though it said it was non-smoking. The carpets were also stained. The shower door was broken. There were no coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast option was very limited and sometimes close to finish if you arrive around 9. Finally the restaurant on-site closed their kitchen at 3 pm and itself closed at 5pm which again is weird for a 4 star establishment. The gym is also not really functioning

Gorgeous venue, was extremely clean and easy to get around. Staff were extremely accommodating letting us have a later checkout free of charge due to our flight being a lot later on. Breakfast also had a good selection.

Felt the room could have been nicer, carpets could have been updated. Also location felt very far away from the main city area than described when booking the hotel, is a subway near by to use if needed.

Wonderful time. The manager, from Canada, is a wonderful man, we certainly don't forget him. He was very professional yet relaxed. All service at the highest level and, in addition delicious breakfasts.

Room could do with a little better standards.

Location, close to city centre and Florenc metro station and still a very quiet.

The room was huge and well climatized. Large and confortable bed. The balcony was pleasant and a nice place to chill out. Many products on bathroom to use. Nice minibar on room.

Some thinhs were old, for exemple the doorknob to the bathroom kept falling off due to its age. Room needs some updating decoration wise.

Booking.com charged extra for a full breakfast, but hotel did not provide it. We paid extra for the full breakfast. The hotel provided continental breakfast free to everyone. Except us that is. We paid for the full breakfast and got a continental breakfast.

We like the location it's very close to Prague downtown, the staff was very kind and friendly, the atmosphere, and the excellent service they provide for the guest, its amazing, the manager Michael a wonderful,happy, and kind man, in the reception was two receptionist Kebir was very nice, kind and friendly, and Alina a very kind and also nice care person, in the bar was Andreas a very friendly nice person,Pavel a wonderful young man, morning the breakfast was very big and a lot of options from drinks, bread, honey, marmalade, caffe, the, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, ham , juices,it was just great, the service and the food was very good, morning waitress Eva was such a sweet women, and Hosan the waiter very nice and pleasant guy, the lady that clean our room was also very kind, We only want to thank them with all of our heart, Marqueta was the events manager and she was also incredible nice and nett, when we forgot to mention somebody of the staff we apologize, thanks a lot Hotel Fitzgerald. The hotel is well located and walking distance from Metro hub, city bus station and trams. the lobby and restaurant decoration are so beautiful, the rooms however are not on the same level. For the price is was not bad though. The staff were helpful and caring.

The breakfast could have been better with a bigger choice and should have been replenished when items run out.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The AC was turning ON at 2 AM every single night at max speed while nothing was showing on the display! In 20 mins it will turn off automatically but you just can't sleep in the middle of the night for half an hour...
