Location is great! Staff is friendly!

There was no coffee machine, I suggest you change toaster to coffee machine. Only 2 towels (small and big) per person. The bed was making sounds, which I don’t like. And the apartment on my floor was very dark, as the window in the kitchen was totally closed by a wooden door.

Location is perfect. Nice and quiet and close to all central attractions. Walk in any direction and there are wonderful things to see. Gorgeous historic building.

We had such a great time in this apartment. Firstly, the communication from the owner was fantastic, he gave me directions from the Train Station and was able to answer any questions in a timely manner, he was also very friendly and we had some things in common which was lovely. The apartment location was close enough to the bridge and Old Town to walk but still far enough away to be quiet. The apartment is a great size, clean, well equipped and dark when the blinds and shutters were closed (this was important for us after sleeping in a tent for a week!). It has a small washing machine which I wasn't aware of so a very happy surprise there. It wasn't expensive to book either, so with all the benefits of having an apartment it's well worth the money, I'd definitely stay here again.

If I had to say anything it would be that the mattress was a little hard and the pillows were small, but I'm really clutching at straws here!

As there is no reception, you will need to arrange to meet for the keys, which may be inconvenient if you do not have a phone sim or wifi. Could have better pillows but we were fine with it

The place needs some serious work to be done with walls. The walls are quite dirty and scratched at many places in each room. This in general decreased our experience.

Our owner of the house (Mr. Ivo ) was very kind ,friendly and very very helpfull .The house is near all historical places so We visited every where by walking.It was very safe ,silent and comfortable .İf we go again , we will absolutaly stay only there.

it’s a very nice apartment, well equip and with wonderful ceiling in wood from the time of the building. Owner is very nice and available. The localisation is very near to everything’s and the Charles Bridge. Area very calm and extremely secure as close to the US Ambassade. If I can come back in the city I will love to be able to go again inside this one.

The apartment was lovely! Great, safe location in the middle of mala strana. The owner was very kind and considerate with lots of recommendations for places of all kinds on the city, that are more than worthy to check out. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who wishes to get an authentic experience of Prague on top of a great value for their money.

Host courtesy, location The apartment is lovely, large, with high ceilings and everything you need. Centrally located in the romantic quarter of Prague. This is truly a find. The owner was kind and offered a surclassment, which was very kind of him. We will definitely come back again. Excellent taxi service.

Heatings switched on just at our arrival and half of them not working. Humming noise from the hall was a bit annoying too. WiFi quite poor.

The conditions in the apartment are rather poor, do not expect much. The apartment needs a renovation and some basic investment in the bathroom, kitchen and general equipment like towels and new bedsheets.

We had an apartment on the ground floor with old wooden ceilings with paintings on them (so beautiful) and a piano! The location of the place is amazing. Staff is very friendly and flexible - they allowed us to check-out much later because we had a late flight at no extra fee. Basically, this property has everything you need for a short stay. And the best location ever!

On the ground floor with old windows there is no sound proofing, so you can hear people talking in the street and cars passing by. Luckily, it’s not a very busy street. And for few days it’s ok, taking into consideration the amazing location of the place. I would suggest the place to change bedding (bed sheets were not very fresh), pillows and mattresses - they seem to be old.
