The staff were all excellent - very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to train stations and 7-11 and Family Mart. The beds were super comfortable and we had a partial view of the Skytree which was nice.

The rooms are very small and both smelled a bit like old cigarettes until we aired them out. The carpet did not seem clean, but otherwise the rooms were clean and comfortable and overall we would recommend this place for travellers.

I think the most that impressed me was the staff at this hotel. They were very happy to assist us and changed our room to an even better room because the airconditioning was not working so well. Excellent service overall.

It’s quite a quiet area but very close to 2 train stations, almost equidistant. But the travel into main Tokyo was a little lengthy but it was a good price.
