The calm area the hotel is located, ideal for people not looking for busy streets with lots of shops.
The reception guys were helpful to book taxis and check-in was fast
The reception area had a little place for kids to play with toys, enough to keep them occupied while we complete check-in formalities.
Special thanks to Nites who attended timely to our room service requirements.
The room did not have bathtub whilst the one we booked from the website described a bathtub.
No towels were available, I had to call room service to ask for the same.
The bed mattress is not comfy and not ideal for couples with small children, mine was 4 years old, it was only a double bed so not spacey enough for the three of us to fit in.

Clean hotel, very neat and well kept. Modern and well appointed. Nice pool deck. Staff are very helpful.
Breakfast is good, but could be better. Reception staff seem to be over-worked. They need more staff. It can take some time to get assistance at check-in.

It was my first time to Dubai. The hotel was perfectly located for my business needs. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The staff was super friendly.
