Lovely sea front room with a view. Fabulous breakfast. Friendly and welcoming host.

Our room was very small with no view, tiny bed, bathroom & poor shower with a toilet seat that moved to the side when you sat on it. Staff were great & breakfast was exceptional. If you book here, book a sea view room.

Amazing, delicious breakfast served fresh and hot. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean room - a little bit small, but still comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

A truly wonderful guest house .....food is excellent, the view from our room was amazing, clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Could have a small fridge in the room so we could have milk in it for making tea and coffee

first impressions , clean and welcoming . great welcome and our rooms were already which was nice. our room was amazing, bay window overlooking the sea and Scarborough castle. everything about it was just deluxe. fro, the comfy bed , deluxe bedding and even down to specialty teas and coffees and biscuits! it’s those extra little touches that make a stay from a good one to an excellent one. Breakfast was astonishing, cooked to order and again only the best ingredients. Luki was so attentive and went over and above our needs. we will definitely be back!

Breakfast was superb. Lovely choices and all so fresh. Hot food choice was made the evening before.

Rear facing room was small but very comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet.

although we were in a small attic room, the room was spotless and comfortable. the breakfast was superb and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. the hotel was in easy reach of bars, restaurants, the beach and the castle.

We liked the hotel decor, everywhere was spotlessly clean, the staff were lovely and very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The view from our room was fantastic and it was a bonus having armchairs to sit on and admire it.

Finding a parking space proved difficult after we had been out for the day but we expected that considering how many hotels are on that street.

No one could fault the breakfasts, the location for us ( in our 70s ) was too much of a climb from the town. The sea view was really good.

Our room (3)was a disappointment regarding the size, it wasn’t easy to get passed the bed especially in the night, for us it was a single room with a double bed.having said that it was cleaned to a very good standard every day and replenished with tea/coffee etc.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff were great. The room was small but very clean and pleasant.

The parking was a nightmare. The bed was hard and the pillows were not the best quality.

Atmosphere and ambience. Wonderful, helpful and professional staff. Extremely tasteful artwork and furnishings.

The lady who checked us in was lovely and the breakfast was unbelievable.

The location is excellent; the hotel and room were very clean; the staff are very friendly, warm, welcoming and accommodating; the breakfast is superb.

The room we stayed in, number 7, was just too small and felt very cramped for two persons. Had we had a bigger room, the hotel would have received an unreserved 5 star rating.
