I recently stayed at Devonshire Greens Resort in Munnar and had a wonderful experience. The Resort is located in the midst of serene surroundings, surrounded by lush tea plantations. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The staff was courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food served at their multi-cuisine restaurant was delicious and well-presented. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Front office staff are very courteous and helpful.

Kindly focus on the quality and taste of food..Slight improvements recommended..

all dining tables were filthy, mould on shower ceilings, toilet stopped flushing, power outages, very noisy, cigarette smoke infiltrated living areas, grossly over exaggerated facility, in need of significant maintenance.

Location and caring staff

No bar. Too loud music outside my room in the evening at 7:30pm. Thankfully when I asked reception for earplugs after one hour of incredibly loud music from loudspeaker in garden under my room. The music was stopped and peace and tranquitly of the unique natural isolated location was returned and I was able to enjoy. Felt guilty and a killjoy because some other guests were enjoying the party atmosphere dancing around the fire pit 4th and 5th January 2023 so the holiday period ended on 2nd.

Except for the food everything else was good. The food was pathetic

The location was excellent because it was away from the hustle/bustle but close enough to Munnar(for people with vehicles). The room were spacious and good. The staff was very proactive and enthusiastic. The hotel organized activities to keep the guests engaged.

The wifi was slow at times. The access road to the hotel need repair.
