I really enjoyed the location and design of the hotel. But the most amazing thing about this accommodation is the friendliest staff! The people who work there are incredibly helpful and kind, always have a smile on their face and treat you like the most beloved guest. They upgraded my room without me asking for it, remembered my name when I was coming down for breakfast and were extremely helpful with any request I had. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends who are planning their holiday in Bali so they could feel extremely welcomed during their stay!

Some of the facilities need renovation and upgrade. For example they have a rooftop bar with a very cool view but it looks a bit abandoned and old. In general it's not a big deal, the facilities are usable and clean, just little space for improvement

First we book for one day but we like the place too much that we extended the stay as the place is in center.The staff is amazing everything is so comfortable and clean.

Pool was not maintained and room AC was pouring out water. Twin bed was not standard bed size, too small even for me, a single person lying on it.

Bathroom towel hook and rack could be fixed better. I'm always afraid I'll pull them off the wall when I take the towel.

I liked the interior. The room and bed r classy, enjoyed of sleeping.

The bathroom was a bit dirty, early in the morning at 8:00 a.m the room cleaner knocked my door even if I ignored him, then he opened my room with his key, when I asked him what he wants he asked me if Im sleeping or not 😅 the next day I just hanged the sign to not disturb, even though it was so noisy in the mornings, they talk very loud and clean every room with a vacuum cleaner 🤦

In time of my stay I had discounted price.

View from window, noise isolation, problem wirh air conditioner, general condition of hotel (after pandemic hotel lost all the stars) and yes, as usual in Bali roosters will found you even in hotel.

I always come here when I have work in Nusa Dua. I no longer count how many times I've stayed here. That should tell you enough.

Lerina Hotel needs some serious renovation, Breakfast was the most awesome part of our stay and the staff was very humble. Probably Covid did a lot of damage to the hotel.

Bad rooms, AC not very good, Swimming pool was also very average.

I use this hotel frequently because it's convenient when I need to do things in Nusa Dua and the price is great.
