The breakfast was good even though it was veg. The missing element was cappuccino coffee. The staff is hearty. The restaurant( London Curry) food is awesome

There was a cockroach in the room. The entrance to the hotel is not elegant and requires more grand. There is no Spa/Gym/Swimming Pool.

The staff was very nice and welcome they even help us get around because we did not know the area and suggested good places to shop.

The bathroom didn’t have a door and the food was okay.

location is ok , Honestly there is nothing much I liked in this hotel .

here is the list from the time I entered this hotel : - I had to wait in the reception for about 30 min to finish the check - in - Room we got was dusty , strong smell of the dust . we had to leave the room keeping the doors open . - Calling reception is of no use , requested for assistance he said sending someone and no one turned around - No customer service at all - Serious problem with water in this hotel as we were not having water in the washroom , I had to do the checkout and I requested them to fix the water since I had to leave to the airport . Reception always very cool and happily telling me will fix in sometime , after 2 hours again I called and he said they are fixing , later I had to leave the hotel with our shower . such a nightmare . - when I came down at the reception for checkout with no shame receptionists is telling me that water supply will be active only in the morning and if you want we will send bucket of water to your room . - To conclude , Never ever book room in this hotel , no customer service and they take all money from us without giving us the service .NEVER EVER TO THIS HELL !! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY !!

Room size and location. The breakfast team lead by their manager is excellent, polite and truly want to help the guests. The room service selection although limited but has delicious food.

The breakfast spread is very limited. They had a wedding party on my last of the 3 night stay and the hotel staff couldn't get the noise down and wasn't able to sleep the entire night.
