La vue depuis la maison était magnifique, la piscine bien agréable le soir en rentrant de balade, la climatisation, la cuisine d’été, les nombreux équipements de la maison…

La maison est un peu éloignée de la plage et des commerces de Calheta (voiture recommandée).

The house was spacious, clean well decorated with a wonderful view. The furniture was in good condition. Garry was responsive and helpful. Upon arrival we received a lovely welcome basket that included wine, Madeira bread, cookies, crackers cheese and ham. Calheta was a sweet town. We ate delicious tuna at Lemme. Our server said it was freshly caught that day. We also ate at the pizzeria/gelato place. The thin crust pie was nicely made. Nice sunsets!

The driveway was tricky to navigate.

An excellent house. We arrived very late at night and they were waiting for us. Messages replied very quickly. The house is amazing: very clean, has anything you need and the rooms are exceptional like in a hotel. They left a welcoming basket and the bathrooms have toiletries too. Beds very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from.

I stayed 4 weeks at Casa Agrela with friends. We had an amazing time, the view from the terrace is amazing. Gerry was always super helpful if we needed something. The house is very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Calheta is a nice town with a bigger supermarket and quite a lot of restaurants. I can really recommend the little town and the house.

The perfect place for an active rest away from the hustle and bustle. The house is situated on a slope overlooking the ocean and the countryside, with a large terrace and sunbathing area. For me, mainly in a good place for active rest. There are many hiking trails in the area. Close to the shop and the beach, which is not so common in Madeira.

The only downside is the limited number of electrical sockets in the bedroom, which in the era of many mobile devices that require charging is a difficulty.

The house is fully equipped, you don’t need to think about washing powder or dishwasher drops, shaving kit, additional blanket, coals for grill and so-so on. Amazing hosts thought out every detail. It was also very nice to help us with our lost luggage. Thank you very much!
