Close to all we had planned.
Dirty room, cloaked sink in bathroom. Leftover things in the fridge….Spotted bedlinnen

Only the pool
We are sorry to say the room was not clean
The side lamps were not plugged in so I plugged my side lamp in then I received an electric shock from the exposed wires .
The main door to get Into our room was always unlocked when we came back from a day out
Bathroom was absolutely disgusting the toilet was not screwed into the floor
I could go on but I'm not going to bother anymore 😕
The Pool was the best part of the place

Great staff. Left a nice note and room keys when they were closed at night.
It was very dirty in the room. Looked like it wasn't cleaned in days. Hairs on the towel, hairs on the floor, dirt in the floor, blood on the bedsheets, a thick layer of dust. Very very gross.

No staff around, waited 15 minutes to check in. Room was dirty with broken cupboards and gum on the wall ect. Aircon turned off when you left the room. Wasn't issued a refund.

This hotel has good sized rooms and comfy beds. The rooms are located around a very nice pool. Location os about 20 minutes walk from the center of town and the museum. It is slightly further to the big markets. It is next door to an excellent good value restaurant for lunch and dinner as well as a local much cheaper eatery. However there was no place nearby to get breakfast.
The room particularly the bathroom needed a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was not available for guests as stated in the information.

Clean, well maintained modern property close to many good restaurants and Warung. Quiet with a refreshing swimming pool also near shopping centres.
The only thing I can say is that the road in front of the property was difficult to cross!

+ the pool access is superb! Had a great experience swimming, especially if you have kid, your kid will def like it.
+ the bed and sofa is comfy! Had a great sleep!

+ there’s stains here and there, idk if the staff actually tolerate that or it because of understaffed. (There’s only 2 staff on my stay, and they were working on front office to get me check in procedure, yet the same people also came to our room to do cleaning services)

shower was cold, even after mentioning it and being told that maintenance would fix it, it was still cold the next day
no ashtray, so everybody left their sigarettes near the pool
