Beautiful boat, good food, great list of activities, staff was wonderful, rooms were clean and comfortable.

For the very high price, the boat that ferries you to and from the main boat and shore and the activities was in need of an update or replacement. I'm tall and I just did not physically fit into the bench seats. It wasn't a huge deal, but given that this experience occupied a couple hours of our sub-24 hour trip, a meaningful percentage of our time was spent on this deeply uncomfortable boat.

It could do with live music entertainment on board for the evenings as there was not much to do after dinner. Also more breakfast offerings before setting off on the kayak morning would have been nice.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing. It was best experience ever I had. The yacht is luxurious with very beautiful balcony, bathroom with full ocean - view. wow, it is so beautiful. The staff are very friendly helpful and very flexible. Meals were perfect, especially we had chance to wear traditional clothes of Vietnam when having dinner, it was so lovely. Itinerary with many good activities: kayaking; visiting cave, cooking class... Big thanks to Heritage cruises. Highly recommend.

We were expecting a 5 star experience but we received a 7 star one. Loved absolutely everything about the trip. The staff was super friendly and caring. One of the best cruises in halong bay. Very few cruise ships are brand new. Heritage Cruises Cat Ba Archipelago has the best ones.
