Todo nos gustó, es un hotel muy bonito con una linda playa y lo mejor la atención de todos los que trabajan allí, realmente disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

La limpieza las comidas las actividades en fin TODO le doy un 200% El mejor hotel de todo Punta Cana

Todo es perfecto no hay nada negativo en ese hotel todo es espectacular

Everything was exceptional we love every minute we spend at the resort was amazing the boys were super happy the really wanted to spend more time

Checkin took for ever and we had to go twice beacause first our bracelets where not activated and once we entered the room it was not the one we paid for and they where not nice about there mixup and made us feel manipulated and did not accepted there error very well and gave us the room I paid for after we got upset. They try to sell you this membership while you are trying to eat breakfast, and it lasts about an 1hr they evan sit at your table felt invasive. The water at the buffet made me sick and could only drink water placed on our room or had to buy it at the hotel store where everything was overlying extremely priced. The tour of the boogies purchased at the hotel was a scam the "cave" they sold us was not a cave it was man made and was a semi-circle hand made pool, the boogies where in very bad shape and no helmet was provided. The New York steak I ordered at the steak restaurant was not well done it was filled with blood, raw, and had many nerves I ended up eating my poor husband order and he mine because they dont take well errors and didn't want to be mistreated again. Left tips anyway at all the restaurants. The room was very clean. The pool needs maintenance. I was afraid of drinking anything with water or ice, so I stuck to 7 up the hole trip for an all-inclusive that is so bummed. I will not return to this hotel or recommend it, unfortunately. Yes, it has many restaurants, but it is impossible to make a reservation unless you're a privileged customer. Yes they do many activities but sometimes some activities where not available the time and day posted and the activity program without warning or cancelation. Mike's coffee shop was the best.
