Scam alert … just awful. Go at your own risk. This property was a complete nightmare. There was a pervasive sewage smell throughout, and the bathrooms were unusable due to a lack of running water. For an outrageous price of ₹25,000 per night, they had the audacity to manually bring water in buckets! Taking a shower became a one-hour ordeal involving requesting water, waiting for an hour for delivery, and then heating it for the next person. Mosquitoes were everywhere, and when we requested repellent, they dismissively claimed "it's a hill station, there are no mosquitoes. Please adjust." This is simply unacceptable. The property was falsely advertised as a villa. In reality, it was nothing more than a cheap motel with unconnected rooms, a far cry from a luxurious villa experience. Considering the price tag, the rooms were shockingly filthy, with garbage strewn around. Essential amenities advertised, such as a kitchen, fridge, were all completely absent. Basics like TV, a swimming pool, and others you'd expect for ₹25,000 per night property, were not there. This property is outrageously priced, exceeding the cost of staying at prestigious hotels like Taj and Leela, yet it offers abysmal service and amenities. Having stayed in luxurious hotels across India and internationally, I expected a similar experience here. This was a massive disappointment. Stay away from this property! It seems StayVista and Booking.com are complicit in this scam.

the location, the wilderness, being on a real plantation, the staff and chef’s attention to our needs, the architecture and entertainment facilities

it's definitely for people with good mobility. I brought my elderly parents who found some of the stairs a stretch. And the location, view and staff made up for it

The location is extremely beautiful. Surrounded by nature in its its purest form, this is the place to be when you want to relax. The 'deafening' silence is a pleasure to your ears especially if you are used to the city noises. The rooms and restaurant are cozy and very tastefully done. We can get to see herds of wild elephants grazing on the hills opposite. If you are lucky, you can spot wild buffaloes too.
