Charming yes. Quaint, clean property, and really appreciated the accomodation of an early arrival. However, not "within walking distance" as advertised in the headline- actually 2 miles to the track and 1.5 miles to downtown. Terrific and "walkable" if you've got tons of time and are super able-bodied. But if you're looking for a quick walk to and from the track each day or easy stroll downtown for dinner, or have someone with you who is not up to that, this is not the place for you. Also, better ask for the "chips/cakes/local beer and sparkling water" that others comment on receiving, b/c we did not recieve these.

House was nice. Well manicured landscaping and backyard. Close to track but probably not close enough to walk for most. Owner was accommodating with check in time which was very much appreciated.

Great home in a great location. Host was very pleasant and helpful with our questions. Would definitely rent this home again.

Very nice place. Comfortable and homey!! Loved the art - very talented!! Nice sun porch spent most of our time out there. Would come again!!

My siblings and I enjoyed a fantastic long-weekend in Saratoga Springs at Lisa's property ... we relaxed for hours every evening in the three-season room ... the house was in close proximity to absolutely everything we wanted to do ... Lisa accommodated all special requests ... I highly recommend !!!!

We've just returned from a long weekend in Saratoga for a wedding. We had originally booked with a different property earlier in the year only to have them cancel on us a month out from wedding. Thankfully this gem was available. Lisa was very accommodating and helpful, even working with our timing needs. The house was clean, bright and inviting. A lovely welcome of some local refreshments and a fresh baked treat was awaiting us when we arrived. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious. The yard is just beautiful, covered in gorgeous flowers and vegetable gardens. I really wish we had more time to sit outside and enjoy it. We traveled with a baby, but I can see how this place would be a perfect for playground for some bigger kiddos. Lisa stopped by to mow the lawn, but checked in with us to make sure we wouldn't mind. The location is great. A short drive to just about everything. A lot probably in walking distance as well, but we were short on time. We really had zero negatives. If we visit Saratoga Springs again in the future we will be back!

This property provided everything and more than we expected. Upon our arrival we were greeted with all sorts of goodies (chips/cakes/local beer and sparkling water) as well as balloons and candles, as I had mentioned it was my husbands birthday!!!!!! Our host went above and beyond!!! The home was immaculate and furnished very comfortably. A three season room off the kitchen was perfect for just lounging and making plans for the day and in the evening for recapping everything that we'd done. The gardens (flower and vegetable) in the backyard were spectacular and hummingbirds plentiful!!! We can't stay enough about how perfect this property suited our needs and made our vacation even more spectacular!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. From the three seasons room to the beautiful gardens, this house had a lot of great features. The six of us that stayed had plenty of room. It's located close to downtown too, which was convienent for running errands, going out for lunch, etc.. Lisa was very helpful in answering any questions prior to our arrival. She is also thoughtful and had a great welcome set up for us!

Great experience. Everything provided. Very good location with lots for the kids. We have four young children and they didn't want to leave. From the swing in the front yard to the tree house to the action packed basement, they had a blast. Beautiful, quaint home with everything you need. Lisa was terrific and was available for any and all questions. We'll be back.
