Na plus ogromny pokój i lodówka. Wygodne łóżko. Miła obsługa. Fajne, urozmaicone śniadanie (choć bez owoców).
Mała łazienka w standardzie sprzed 20 lat, brakuje półki na kosmetyki. Brak klimatyzacji, jest wiatrak przy lampie. Spaliśmy w końcu przy otwartych oknach (uwaga, da się je całe otworzyć, co jest już rzadko spotykane w hotelach), ale przeszkadzał nam hałas dochodzący z ulicy.
Nie wiem, skąd 4 gwiazdki - hotel ma malutką salę śniadaniową, brak drugiej restauracji, nie ma żadnego zaplecza ze SPA, parking na kilka samochodów i strasznie wąski wjazd. To raczej hotel *** niż obiekt premium.

Trošku mě překvapilo, že když jsem se přišel ubytovat, na pokoji hrála televize (nějaký německý kanál)
Jinak je hodně slyšet zvuk z chodby, v šest ráno to příjemné nebylo.

Breakfast was plentiful, but not overly appetising. Coffee was good. Handy for town, 15 min walk or 2 stops on the metro.
Small room. Very noisy hotel, acoustics are awful, you can hear the staff very early in the morning and the guests (mainly school children on trips) in the evening.

Clean, comfortable room. Our family booked 3 rooms, different sizes and not the same comfort, but our other wishes were taken into account - all rooms together, quiet rooms.

Great hotel for people travelling by car with a possibility to park in a private inner yard. Cosy room with private fridge. The breakfasts were wonderful!

Didn't sleep at all. Very noisy tvs loud until 2am in other room. People going up and down stairs in the night. Doors banging.
My first stay in the main hotel was great. But in the annex accross carpark was a completely different experience. The first stay last July the staff were really friendly and this time not so.
I'd only stay again if I was in a room in the main part of hotel. I go to Prague regularly and thought I'd found my forever hotel! Not so sure now.

It is a decent option for stay in Prague in regards to pricing - it has reception 24/7, decent breakfast (although no surprises), good Metro/tram connection. Wifi working well.
The room doesn´t look that fancy as in the pictures - it didn´t feel cozy (high walls); generally, a bit worn out.
The door to the room is just a basic wooden door, no soundproofing - you can hear everyone walking by. Even with the room to the yard, you can hear trams, so do not forget your ear plugs.

Construction during our stay was not very comfortable but understandable. Nice to see that they are looking to improve the hotel. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear a lot.
