The room is spacious and clean. Check in process is fast. Pool is clean and nice. Breakfast and staff also good.

The accomodation just a bit old. Perhaps need to do little renovation/paintings.

Vi bodde i Royal Pool Villa; Kjempefin villa og nydelig fellesområdet ved bassenget. Veldig god mat i restauranten, vi spiste nydelig pizza, fries og Cæsarsalat.

Det var veldig lytt mellom villaene som vi hadde slik at hver gang det ringte på døren eller telefonen ringte hos naboen trodde vi at det ringte på hos oss. Veldig kjipt når det skjedde hver dag tidlig på morgenen før vi sto opp og hver kveld etter vi var lagt oss. Vi spiste i restauranten en kveld, vi var de eneste gjestene der og personalet var helt fraværende. Var ingen som kom å ryddet bordet da vi var ferdig med hovedretten og ingen som kom å spurte om vi ønsket mer drikke eller mat. De serverte maten og neste gang vi så personalet var når de plutselig kom med regningen uten at vi hadde bedt om den. Vi ønsket å bestille dessert, og vi gjorde det, men det virket mest som om de ønsket at vi skulle bli ferdig.

Absolute hidden paradise in the middle of a busy city. Staff were exceptional going above and beyond for our stay. Beautifully carved beds, doors and statues within the room.

Portion sizes of breakfast were small, but we are big eaters.

I never see so many mosquitoes inside of a room like in this place. We stayed in Ethnic 1 villa. You can here them inside. Very noisy from the neighbors, awful breakfast and restaurant. To be honest, after a three days stay I can say that we didn't enjoy the place as we expected. I would choose something else for sure.

Excellent villa. Very luxurious. The breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful.

It was situated in a remote area so you couldn’t walk anywhere but the hotel had a free taxi service to local beaches.

The swimming pool and the breakfast were really nice. The staff is polite.

One of the rooms smelled really bad from the toilet plumbing.

Food was excellent, loved the pool and our room was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the 2 toilets and showers, a great surprise. The gardens were so gorgeous with lots of Bali ornaments and antiques everywhere. But not to forget every staff member we met were so friendly and helpful. Will certainly stay here again.

The villas and garden is unique, very nice and traditional Balinese.

We stayed 5 nights and every night was very noise and could not sleep good. In 1 night was a wedding, in another night a party that last until morning. Staff was very noisy during night.

When entering the private pool villas, everyone was overwhelmed by spacious rooms and pool. I strongly recommend this villas to stay with a group of family

The property is extremely clean. Foods are delicious in Terracotta Restaurant. On top of everything, the staffs are very well behaved,helpful and always smile.

Only complain I have is about my bedding arrangement. We got a Queen size bed for our room and a just single bed for my 12 & 14 years old kids which unacceptable. Because I have clearly mentioned the number of guests during booking through booking.com and management mentioned that it’s not their fault and offered extra bed with additional cost. I refused to do so because I have already paid for 4 then why should pay again.

Showers and faucets in bath tub need maintenance

The grand villa was amazing , I have rented three units , all we excellent but the grand villa with huge swimming pool and two bedroom were at a different level. Internet was fast eventhough we had an issue one day but it was resolved. Friendly staff. It really looks same as the pic. Large kitchen

In other bed rooms, internet kept getting disconnected and they couldn't fix it permanently. Alot of insects but I believe it is the case with all resorts Nude arts in the bathrooms , not an issue but we had kids Breakfast wasn't good

- Bad water pressure, took hours to fill in the tub. - Stained pillows. One even had blood stain. - Road to the location was awful. The villa was far from everything. - The Villa wasn't as fancy as it looks on pictures online. The sunbeds and some of the furnitures looked old. The cushions on the chairs need replacement. - Awful conflict management. The receptionist at service even shouted.

The facilities were great. The ethnic villas were exceptional.

Mosquitoes are a small problem. Spa facilities is not as expected.

The staff are welcoming and super kind ,warm with our request. Food and massage were excellent 👍 There were some ants or mosquito,but it's not shortcoming at all, they don't disturb me during the night(don't know why😅) it's A natural with local atmosphere place

Amazing property that is larger than you’d think. Spa, pools, restaurant directly at the property and incredibly nice staff.

even though there is a restaurant the food could be a little better. other than that maybe that our air condition showed 23 degrees, but felt a lot cooler!

The structure is absolutely gorgeous. It doesn't feel like you are in a city as everything is so paradisiac. We stayed in the ethnic villas, on two different occasions, so we had two different villas. One - Ethnic 4 - was absolutely fantastic and beyond all our expectations, we enjoyed "our little heaven" from the porch of the villa an it was nice and relaxing. The second villa we booked for two extra nights was not the same level but still quite nice, but totally a different experience I must say. Amazing swimming pool and garden. From the villas it's easy to reach many spots and beaches, at reception so very good and strategic location. Very nice place overall and I would book it again, it's also good price.

A little more attention to the details in the rooms would be good... I left specific feedback at the reception and hope they will be taken into consideration.

Lovely layout and calm atmosphere. Kind and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Comfy bed, nice size room.

Do not stay in room terracotta 5. It has windows onto the corridor and white blinds, so it is impossible to get dark enough to sleep. I asked if there was a solution or alternative on the second day but nothing was done until they rang me at 10pm, which was too late to fix anything.
