the staff doesn’t speak English. the reception closes around 9 pm, afterwards it’s not possible to check in

The restaurant had really good pizza, I ordered a margherita, and it was very tasty. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had a nice water pressure.

The staff did not speak english. The top shelves of the bedroom were covered with a thick layer of dust. The room wasn't sound proofed - I could ear everything on the corridor, and the guest on the next room snoring too. Also, the location isn't the best for someone who is on foot.

Reading reviews is always good, but all reviews about this hotel are bad, and indeed they are right. Lady at the reception was kind and helpful. The terrace for watching tennis matches is nice.

1. Heating was off, and the cave sorry room was extremely cold; turning it on did not help to have a comfortable temperature. 2. The room smelled like a bad gym changing room. 3. Hot water arrives after 5 minutes, so do not start to have a shower until you get that. I did; it was a mistake. 4. Towels, bed linens and carpets each textile thing smelled terrible. I am afraid it penetrated me. :D Anyway, one of the worse accommodation experiences.

It’s near the city

I came with high expectations, but i arrived at our room and it didn’t have one bed, and another one was broken, so i said it to the owner, they said it’s their fault. When we checked out and coming back home, they called and said that a tv screen was broken, even though we didn’t have the time to even touch the remote control, and they are asking money for it!!! I was lucky i noticed the broken bed, because if not they would ask money even for it! Tsk, i will never go back here!.

Medications and foods under the bed. Small screw dowels on the floor in front of the linen closet. A child could swallow it! We found spiderweb. We found crawling insects in two rooms, the main and for children on the floor and in the bed. Air extractor was dirty. We found booking paper in low tv cabinet, the date was here since 5 months... I found bottle caps on the floor. The worst hôtel since 30 years!
