My stay there was some grim joke. The whole floor from the very beginning was under repair. The noise was terrible - over 120 dB (I'd measured by special app and recorded as a proof). I had to work, my daughter had to study and there was no chance for that (btw - one day there was no Wi-Fi only the next day someone brought new router). On top of that, big bugs (cockroaches as big as your thumb) running from the bathroom to the kitchen. The host was informed about all those "inconveniences", I told him I want my money back and check out immediately but he ignored my email.

Appartamento accogliente in ottima posizione.magari da fare qualche piccolo investimento in piccole cose che renderebbero il tutto più carino,ma sicuramente ora con la situazione covid non si ha proprio voglia di investire soldi. Comunque ci tornerei volentieri

El apartamento se encuentra situado a mi juicio en la mejor zona comercial de Las Américas Arona. con las ventajas que ello conlleva y sin el inconveniente de ruidos excesivos. Hubiera recibido de mi parte la máxima calificación global, de no habernos encontrado con inesperadas deficiencias en la conservación del frigorífico y el no funcionamiento de la lavadora, así como en la ausencia de muchas piezas de la cubertería y de otros utensilios de limpieza. Todas estas deficiencias fueron subsanadas diligentemente por Julio, nombre de la persona que nos atendió a nuestra llegada y a la que deseo mostrarle nuestra gratitud.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie, men den kunne have været bedre hvis lejligheden havde levet op til vore forventninger. Låsen til entredøren var ødelagt og forsøgt forbedret, karmen indvendig var ødelagt og forsøgt repareret men uden det store etiske resultat. Badeværelset var usædvanligt lille og utidssvarende og uhygiejnisk og der lugte fælt fra afløbet i badekarret. Der stod dog en duftespray til afbenyttelse. Der manglede pære i køkkenet, så det var svært at orientere sig. Der manglede en del køkkenting, så godt at vi ikke lavede mad der. I stuen hang ledninger fra routeren ned ad væggen, og Wi-FI var meget ringe, og faldt ud hele tiden. En lampe i stuen var ødelagt men trods alt stillet over bag en skab med en pære i. Gardinerne fra stuen til balkonen var alt for lange, så de hang hen ad gulvet og var tillige møg beskidte forneden. Skodderne mellem stue og balkon kunne ikke skubbes sammen p.g.a. manglende vedligholdelse og maling. Det samme med rækværket, det råbte også på Gori. Vinduet i soveværelset var pilrådden og fjernsynet fungerede ikke. Der manglede pære og diverse ting og vi forsøgte at få fat på lejlighedens kontaktmand, men uden held. Det lykkedes os 1 gang at kontakte med ham da der også manglede en hårtørrer. Vi havde yderligt forsøgt 2-3 gange at kontakte ham, men han ringede aldrig tilbage. Vi vil ikke anbefale denne lejlighed til nogen, før end den bliver renoveret, vi blev i hvertfald meget skuffet. Jeg ved ikke helt om de penge vi gav for rengøring går direkte i lommen på servicearbejderne, der var ihvertfald ikke rent overhovedet ved ankomst. Det positive er at det er et lækkert resort/anlæg med masser af plads og liggestole samt parasoller. Vi vil være meget mere omhyggelige næste gang vi skal leje en lejlighed.

We had a lovely holiday but it could have been even better if the apartment had lived up to our expectations. We paid top dollar but felt let down by the overall lack of quality. The place is in need of some TLC and several items need to be replaced or updated. The bed, although a double, seems really small and the mattress is badly worn and ‘bobbly’. We had to put a duvet under the bottom sheet to improve the comfort. The catches on the wardrobe doors were missing or ineffective. The hairdryer started to catch fire so we couldn’t use it, we ended up buying our own. The WI-FI was hopeless and kept cutting out as soon as you went outside the lounge. The tap in the kitchen sink had become detached and very sloppy. The bathroom is in need of a complete makeover in my opinion. The kitchen is tiny but reasonably well equipped although a lot of the items are mismatched. I had to pay extra for use of the tiny safe which is diabolical, it wasn’t a small amount. I’m not sure if the money went to the owner as it was collected by the housekeeper with no receipt given. On a positive note, the complex has a lot to offer, particularly if you’re a family with young children. I’d certainly return to the complex but I’d be more careful with apartment choice or at least try to negotiate a big discount in order to align price and value.
