it is clean, staff exceptionally friendly and polite, food very good, room is nice but the bathroom door and window panel in very bad shape. room not sufficient light near dressing mirror.

bathroom door very bad, galas window panel broken, no light near wash basin mirror. there is no tea or coffee in the room if I need an early tea. water provided is in jug, should have mineral water. yes there is mineral water but you need to pay.

decent property

I just loved the fact there were leopard sightings right behind the property in an abandoned building. If you are super lucky you can spot the Cubs too. So keep an eye out. Always opt for the JLR safari it's worth what you pay for( atleast most of the times).

Cleaning of the bathroom, and general maintenance of the wash and toilet

The staff was very cooperative and was at available for any service whenever you wanted

The swimming pool was not clean.

Really nice place. Food is awesome. Jungle safari conducted by them is superb. Will visit the place gain.

The rooms could be a little better maintained. With this price, the rooms were not up to that level

Breakfast was good, served the requested food on time. Lunch and dinner also very good. Served hot and tasty food.

Wifi connectivity was very poor. Rooms are not provided with hot water kettle, tea, coffee, milk and sugar powder.

The property was expensive for what it was. The deluxe room was basic with limited hot water. The staff were willing and friendly but almost everything was an extra.
