Very nice, clean home. Loved the 3 bedrooms suites & 3 extra bedrooms with a shared bath & half was enough for our 4 families. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Could have used a dish cloth and a step stool (for us shorter people). Time constraints didn't allow us a a lot of time in the pool with everything else happening but it was a great pool. Might need to add depth markers for the deep end since it was quite deep. This house is very close to Disneyland and shopping areas. Was a great stay for our family's vacation. Would highly recommend it.

We had 3 families share this property and it was just perfect. Enough space to accommodate everyone (11 people) and the amenities were on point. The property management company was easy to work with, professional and simplified the check in and check out process and everything in between! The pool area was amazing providing plenty of sun and shaded seating. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to the convention center for our dance competition. Wonderful memories were made. Large group of team members in town for a conference. This house was absolutely perfect for us. Walking distance to the convention center, clean, spacious. The weather was cooler so we didn’t enjoy the pool but it was beautiful. We cooked in a lot and saved tons of money. In that respect, the house did lack a full set of measuring spoons and large serving spoons. But those were pretty minor issues and did not ruin our time in any way. Beds were amazingly comfy and bathrooms very clean. Thanks for a perfect stay!

10 of us stayed here comfortably for our daughter's Chapman University graduation weekend. Roomy, comfortable and close to Chapman.

3 generation family vacation to California for parks and fun

My colleagues and I spent 5 nights here during a trade show week. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the lovely backyard and convenient access to the convention center.

PLENTY OF ROOM

Excellent property for extended family (I.e., adult children with their own kids. Multiple master bedroom allowed for privacy and common areas including pool and game room allowed family interaction.

This was our family’s first trip to Disney together and the house made our trip easy to be together as a young growing family. It was within walking distance to the parks and places to eat.

Arrived at house for very easy check in. Groceries were all set up nicely as was very welcoming. Bedrooms are huge. Bathrooms were all clean. The only thing I found was the floors were not super clean. No vacuum to use, but found a broom and swept. We just had a problem with one of the strollers, but solved very quickly and a new one was dropped off. We weren't here in hot weather, but the kids sure enjoyed the pool. The description is pretty accurate, other than there wasn't any toys as I thought there was going to be. We were very busy, so not really necessary.

Beautiful house and lots of room for the entire family (5 adults and 7 kids). Loved having a pool and hot tub but the hot tub was not hot enough for the adults. HATED the entire manual of rules as it was very complicated and left me on edge wondering if I was breaking one of them. Most of these appeared to be city codes so probably could not be helped but wish they would have been simplified.

We were in town for a cheerleading competition & some fun at Disney. Check in process was simple and easy. Instructions for the stay were simple. Close to everything you need for your stay. Grocery, restaurants & of course just blocks away from Disneyland. Beautiful house with so much room. Pool was beautiful and our family loved it. If you are looking for a stay with 10+ people this is definitely a place to get. Host was amazing and very helpful.

It was a beautiful property with lots of room, great common area with amazing game room. Pool was very nice and the Jacuzzi was nice as well. Would love to stay there again.

The house was perfect for us and exactly as described.

This property was wonderful. It was clean, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find, get to, and direct others to. It felt safe, well well-maintained, and all in all it was a great stay that allowed my friends and I to be together and attend a conference, visit the Disney parks, and explore and enjoy the Disney and Convention Center areas. Our only qualm with the property was that the listing notes a heated pool and hot tub, and the rental agreement gives instructions on how to operate the pool heating equipment. It wasn't until just before check-in that we were informed that heating the pool was an additional cost at a per-hour-per-day rate, and given that it was the first week of November, the pool and hot tub were both too cold to swim in. Otherwise, I would undoubtedly rent this property again, and I encourage others to do so.

We visited Anaheim for a business conference and picked this home based on it's proximity to the Convention Center. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't a way to cut through to the center, but the walk there wasn't bad. The home was very clean and the rooms were great size. We paid for heat in the pool, however the water was very cold the entire week and we could not figure out how to turn it up. Overall, the home was great and we will definitely book it again when our convention returns to Anaheim.

This house was perfect for our group. We loved having 3 king beds for couples and the bunk beds for the kids. The home was clean and well stocked and our kids loved having a pool and hot tub. Perfect for multiple families heading out to Disney for a couple of days. We Ubered to Disney back and forth each day which was super cheap and convenient since it was so close! The only thing I would have liked was a large skillet (we only found a very small one that could sit on the gas range, way too small to cook much) so that we could cook large breakfast items like multiple pancakes, or eggs and bacon on, but other than that the kitchen was pretty well stocked. I can definitely see us booking this place again for another Disney trip when we have a bigger group. Everyone slept comfortably!

What we expected

We came to Anaheim for a day at Disneyland and to catch an Angels game. The location of this property was perfect for both events. We did not walk as we had a car and parking passes but the walk to Disney would have been fine. The house was plenty big enough for our two families, which included 8 adults and 3 teenagers and the remodel/updates were done well. We knew by reading the rules that the quiet hours were early and the pool alarm would be a challenge, however for anyone with young kids the safety is important. We would happily stay here again.

This house was perfect for our party if 7. Everything we needed for our stay.

Nice house decent neighborhood. Suitable for multiple families. One thing that was unsettling, but I think Californians are used to this kind of encroachment into their lives by now, is after 10pm one of my guest was quietly enjoying the hot tub and he said he heard a voice on some speaker telling him he’s in violation. I understand it’s city ordinance but that’s just weird since he was alone not making any noise.

We selected this home for a special celebration vacation with close friends and family. The house is beautiful. Even nicer and bigger than it looks in the photos. Plenty space for 10 adults and 1 teenager. Communication with questions was good - very responsive. The door alarms going in/out to the pool are an understandable safety feature that took getting used to - for us it became a fun contest to see who would forget do disarm before opening the door the most. The game room and beautiful pool were wonderful and enjoyed by everyone on days we were not at parks/beaches. We loved this home and would highly recommend staying here.

The house was comfortable and had all we needed and more. Speaking with Carolyn was easy and extremely helpful. Being my first time staying at a VRBO this is going to be hard to beat. My family and I are looking forward to staying again.

House is nice but too many rules and law. Till pay was easy. The day vacation start felt we got ourselves to house where we can’t do nothing because of too many law policies where we fear for getting charge. Not enough trace bags and back door alarm system is worse. Hard to run. We vacation alot but due to too much fear worse place to stay

Perfect venue for family reunion. Description was exactly as described and plenty of space for family of 4. Only difficulty was remembering to close sliding door alarm to the backyard however given city rules, it didn't take long to adjust to. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The house was big enough to accommodate our group of 14. The distance to Disneyland was amazing. The house could use a little TLC.
