Stayed for four days. Property was clean and owner was always available . Nice quiet area close to food and grocery.

Great location, within walking distance to downtown. Very well furnished. Quiet (didn't hear anything from adjoining properties). Cleo (the owner) was very accommodating and available. Very enjoyable place to stay!

Wonderful owner next door
The owner lives next door and is always available to answer questions about the area and the property. The property is in a great location and well maintained. The covered sitting area in the back of the property is a great place to relax.

Good Location Close To Downtown
We stayed in the upstairs front/street facing room. The 2 upstairs rooms share a thermostat which was not an issue for us, but the front room does get morning sun so the front may tend to be a bit warmer than the back facing room. Both rooms have access to the thermostat.
The room was nicely appointed with pretty much all we needed. The house is older, but in good shape for its age. Very good pricing for this type of accommodation close to downtown. The back yard was great! Peaceful, with lots of seating options

Great!!!
Everything I needed for a week playing "old guy" baseball , I utilized the washer/dryer and hot tub everyday. Being close to 1st street and all the dwontown resturants and shops was a bonus. I plan on returning next year.

Perfect location
This is our second time staying at Altamont Manor in the Coconut Palm suite. It truly is ideal. The 1 BR size is perfect and it has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We planned on dining out so we didn't need a full kitchen. Regarding dining options, the location is perfect- you are only a half-mile to all the downtown restaurants on First St, but you are in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Cleo the property owner is attentive and quick to reply to any/all communication.
I wholeheartedly recommend the property and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great experience. The unit was a good size and had everything we needed. Cleo is a great host. Would certainly go back there again!

Best accommodations-best hosts
Everything was perfect - clean, in order, functional. Could not have asked for anything more. Oh and we must not forget hosts, Cleo and Bucky. So helpful and so sweet. Thank you so much.

Very clean, well stocked, and convenient!
We stayed in the 1 BR Coconut Palm Suite; it had everything you could possibly need and Cleo, our host, was very helpful and informative. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, including beach ones. Plenty of parking and the house was quiet, even though there were other guests. There's a lovely backyard spot, with chairs, tables, screens, etc., but we had so much going on we weren't able to use it. The location is so convenient to grocery stores and amazing restaurants. I highly recommend and will definitely come back myself!

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einem süßen Appartment
Wir hatten drei erholsame Nächte in einem perfekt ausgestatteten Appartment. Cleo ist eine wunderbare, sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Den fünften Stern konnten wir leider nicht geben, weil die Klimaanlage für zwei benachbarte Appartments eingestellt wird, sodass man sich einigen muss, welche Temperatur wohl für beide Parteien angenehm ist.
Das Haus und der Garten sind unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet und von dort aus kann man tolle Ausflüge machen!

Very nice, very comfortable.
This apartment is very close to downtown, which is what we wanted. Bikes were available. Cleo was awesome! We had one small problem and when we told her about it, it was taken care of woithin 15 min. We would definitely come back again.
