poor noise insulation. poor amenities in the room. eg no tissue and inadequate shampoo. kitchen is not very clean. looks worn out. sink couldn’t drain properly. water pressure in shower not strong. water not hot.

Before we traveled, our host sent us information about checking in and other regulations in advance. The room is spacious, the water heater works in both bathrooms. The place is very clean and smell good. Beds are more than comfortable! we love the bed and blanket so much. I wore black and there is no lint on my shirt lol . Enough hair dryer.

I would prefer more toilet paper, but we bought it later by ourselves, that's not the problem. I have to park in the parking lot and then go on a golf cart to the building. I have plenty of stuff to carry, so it's uncomfortable, but the security guards are very helpful and willing to help. They are very kind.

A beautifully furnished, modern apartment that is clean and comfortable. This is where I enjoyed one of my best sleep while in Khao Yai. Enough beds for a family of 6. Excellent value for money. Will certainly choose to stay here again.

The location is good, the unit is nicely decorated. The host is nice, quick to response.

The water heater in the master bedroom was not working… apparently it will be replaced. This could have been checked before the arrival of guests.

Clean and cozy apartment

- Apartment is located quite far from the main attractions in KhaoYai, no nearby amenities as well. - Apartment is located within a private residential complex where majority of the units seemed vacant. - Water pressure in the washrooms was very low.

Very good price: great value for the money given its location. Very nice and clean swimming pool. The security guards at the entrance were unexpectedly helpful which was a pleasant surprise. They not only helped us with our luggage, but packed us all into a golf cart and took us to our room. The small trundle bed attached to the bed in the large bedroom was extremely welcome.

It's a condo, not a hotel, so I didn't really expect much. There was no housekeeping, sadly, so after a couple of days the towels were in sad shape. The toilet hose in the large bedroom wasn't working, however, in a Twilight Zone moment, literally minutes after we discovered this, a repair man appeared at our door, replacement hose in hand, even though none of us had called!

The actual unit that is advertised is quite comfortable. We thought it might be noisy from the courtyard, but that wasn't the case. There's a playground tucked away in the back, which was a pleasant surprise.

Be careful of a bait-and-switch. We booked a two-bedroom that had one king bed in one room, and two king/queen beds in another room. When we arrived, there was only one bed in each room, and two mats to roll out on the floor (with no linen to put on them). That's not what we booked or paid for. We arrived too late in the evening to fix it before the kids' bedtime, so we got through it, but I got a terrible night sleep because I was angry and felt scammed. When I asked the owner the next morning, he very willingly moved us into the correct unit that is pictured. When asked why he didn't give us that room in the first place, he claimed there was a hot water repair the day before and it wasn't ready. But I feel like we should have been informed of the change. I realize that hotel rooms can have variation, but this was a drastic difference- missing a bed for two people (the whole reason I booked here), one bedroom had a sliding glass wall for a door but no curtain between the bedroom and living room (AKA no privacy), the furniture was farmhouse/rustic instead of modern, bare walls, etc. The unit that is actually pictured is quite comfortable and nice (and there's privacy curtain). If your check-in email/text says room 142, just know that it isn't nearly as nice as what is advertised here. Other negatives- the walk from the parking lot to the units is relatively far. The location is in the middle of nowhere (although there is a restaurant at the hotel next door), so do your 7-11 run before arriving. One additional note that isn't necessarily a negative, but was a less-than-pleasant surprise for us is that this is a condo being rented out by a private owner (he owns two units). I thought we were booking a hotel, but this is more AirBnB style than we wanted.

The rooms are nice and cozy

The shower of both of the bathrooms don’t work well.There were only little water coming out and in the small bedroom there is no hot water.
