Well stocked home that was clean and perfect for our group of 8 golfers!

House was very nice overall. The description lists two king beds but actually one- actually only difference. Very spacious and lots of sitting in living room for the six of us. Yard with pool is wonderful! Enjoyed lots of pool time. Cleanliness was very good. If/when we come back would rent again!

We came out for a week of golf and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you!!

We really liked the location of this home! Easy drive to 101, grocery and other stores and Old Scottsdale. Lots of restaurants nearby. The bedrooms were super comfortable and quiet. We appreciated the blown up pool toys for floating around! Here are the "howevers". We would have appreciated an umbrella in the pool area. It's pretty much in full sun all day. Also, being ladies of a certain age, a hand rail on the pool steps was needed, as well as in bathroom showers. We had a wonderful time in the home!

Property was exactly as pictured and very clean. Overall was a great find. We had 10 girls and plenty of space to converge and hang out together. Ample bathroom space, and giant bedrooms. The pool was great as well. Some small cons: there was no gas for the grill which was disappointing because we bought a ton of food to grill. The pool umbrella was broken, would have been nice to have that shade. We ran out of toilet paper the night before we left. And the AC broke in half of the house the last night so half our party ended up sleeping in the living room. The price was much cheaper than comparable Vrbos, however, so taking that into consideration we were ultimately happy with our choice.

We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back in the future. The house was clean and provided all the amenities described on the house profile. The location of the house is perfect, if you want to be close to Old Town and everything else is a short drive from this location. We appreciated the ability to use the laundry room, which came very handy and the instructions the host provided for the house rules were clear and helpful. One thing I will add is that the umbrella in the pool area was broken and it will be nice, if they replace it to give the next guests some shade specially this time of the year (June). Overall I will recommend this place and as mentioned, if the house is available in the future we will definitely comeback.

The house was very homey had lots of beds enough for our group. Everyone had a great time. Would definitely stay here again. Location was a plus to the Phoenix convention center where we played out tournament.

House was great, pool was perfect.! Patio/pool umbrella was broken and unusable. Did see this issue in a May review, not sure why it wasn’t handled before we arrived. We definitely needed it with the heat. Hopefully it will get replaced before the next guests arrive.

We enjoyed the house and swimming pool. The home was clean and equipped sufficiently. However there were items that needed attention. The outside umbrella was broken and unusable. The barbecue was a bit old and caught on fire do to the build up grease and drippings below the burners. It needs to be cleaned or replaced. There is a pool table but the pool sticks were not user friendly as the felt tips need replacement. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would consider renting it again.

House was clean and great number of bathrooms and bedrooms for our group.

Great stay, plenty of room, and loved the pool

The home was clean and the layout was great for our party of 9 (3 families of 3). Everyone had their own bathroom and the kids loved the bunk room. The pool was large and it was worth it to pay to heat it.

Great location. The inside really nice. The outside not maintained. The grass/weeds overgrown. The outdoor furniture unkempt and some not useable. The AC broke 1st night and 87 inside and never fixed. Bags game rotting boards. Ran out of propane for FP used propane from grill and that ran out within minutes. We had to refill.

Our kids loved the pool and pool table. We parents enjoyed having the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans!We didn’t understand the heating pool process, but we were able to call the property manager and get it straightened out. Definitely make sure you have heat for the pool when renting In the winter.

Property is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to 101 and close to old town. Property manager addressed the few issues we had promptly; a/c wasn’t working our first night - had maintenance guy there to fix within a few hrs. Wind storm trashed pool and had a pool guy there on an off day. Home could use some landscaping

This was the perfect escape, a chance to social distance just a couple states over. Our family was able to have fun all day long! The pool was great, and tons of room in the house. The pictures are a true representation of the property. The property manager was great to work with, and very responsive to any questions/needs. We would definitely stay at this property again!

This house has 5 bedrooms and plenty of sleeping room. We were there for a seminar and it was nice having all the ladies in the same place, rather than 3 hotel rooms. 3 full baths were great too. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. Large kitchen was well stocked with plastic dishes for the pool area as well. Beautiful pool, which we didn't have a chance to use. Great outdoor area. The lighting in the bathrooms is too dim to be able to put our make up on, but other than that everything was great! You Tube TV was great in living room but didn't work in bedrooms. The manager was very attentive once we got there, but emails ahead of time were not answered. I had to call to get the check in code. We were able to get in an hour earlier than expected so that was great! He did text to make sure everything was good! Would stay here again. My staff loved it!
