We fully enjoyed our stay. We liked almost everything like room facilities, children's play area, pool area and more importantly hospitality of staff members.

1.The location was bit far from many Waynad tourist attractions 2.Limited items in the food menu.

The property was pretty good, located right next to the highway. Has enough activities to keep the kids busy for half a day at least - a clean pool (with separated kids pool, changing rooms), table tennis, badminton, carrom board and cycling. Room was clean with great ambiance. Restaurant was good, food was tasty although a-la-carte menu offers limited choice. Overall a nice place to spend a day with your family.

Service could have been better. Request for hot drinking water around 10:30 PM was denied saying restaurant is closed. Buffet breakfast/dinner full charges are applicable to 5yrs plus kids also.

property is easy to locate and Staff are very welcoming. Food is tasty.

The property is very beautiful, especially for the price range. The swimming pool facilities, the room service, hygiene was exceptionally good.

The spread of the menu was extremely minimal. A hotel situated in Kerala, didn't have any Kerala signature dishes or even desserts. This part was disappointing

Bathroom can be bigger

The rooms were good but I think, the rooms should be more ventilated. The food was good and tasty, dinner were also of nominal rate.

The rooms were comfortable but lacked some ventilation. Either big windows should be provided or else small balcony should be made.
