This is a wonderful house in an amazing neighborhood. It was perfect for our family of 4. Just minutes from everything you would want to do in Santa Barbara and the views from the back yard are fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I thought I had rented a 3 bedroom place (I was shown all three bedrooms on a walk through 6 months prior to arriving for our stay. Upon arrival, we found one of the bedrooms locked (making out a two bedroom, so we had to set up a make shift office in the living room). When we asked the property manager about this, she was quite smug and merely pointed out that the contract I signed was for a two bedroom. I was never told it would only be two bedrooms. Had I known, I would not have booked it for the price. We also were told we had to clean out our own stopped up shower drains (this occurred within one week of our arriving, so NOT from our use)! The final straw was when we alerted the property manager to a tear in the one of the FIVE sun sails (shade awnings) which was occurring due to wind. We were told we should remove the canvas sun sails (which provided critical shade on the beautiful view porch) to protect them. It was installed semi- permanently, and required a step ladder and considerable un-doing of the electrical market lights which were interwoven. We were told if the management company were to do it, they would have to charge us. Basically they wanted us to take these sun sails down it down and put them back up every time there was a wind event...which happens often on the Riviera in Santa Barbara!

Such a beautiful property, the view from the deck is amazing. Located in a very nice area, not in town but a quick drive to State St. Check in was very easy. The property was clean and has everythjng you need. Hoping to rent this property again next time we visit. We had a couple of questions and they were answered immediately.

My family and I loved this beautiful mountainside property! The pictures don’t do it justice, the views are breathtaking and the property is just a peaceful and relaxing place to reset! Lynn the property manager was so communicative and went out of her way to make sure the lights were on in the house because we arrived very late the first day. Beds and all amenities were exceptional. The main bathroom is gorgeous and modern. The outdoor patio is a true gem and a great extension of the house! Everything is a short drive from the house. My family and I enjoyed a beautiful and restful stay!! We would stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends!

My husband and I had truly the most amazing stay at this home. It is even more beautiful in than the pictures online. The outdoor living area is where we spent most days l, and nights (thanks to the heater) reading and hanging out out there. The interior is also beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated. The views are amazing. Made for a great great vacation. We already can’t wait to book again and recommend to all of our friends and families who will be traveling to Santa Barbara.

I graduated from UCSB 2 decades ago, and make it a poi t to come back as much as I can. We decided to spend the Thanksgiving weekend in Santa Barbara with family and rented this house. Felt like home. Great neighborhood, great views from the backyard, and apart from the weather, and a few hiccups with the smoke alarm, the visit and stay was flawless. Communication with Lynn was excellent. We will be back, hopefully to a sunny Santa Barbara!

Beautiful Home! It was very spacious and had a warm inviting vibe. Great Décor and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the deck and view. Nice clean home. We would definitely recommend this property!

We had a great time in Santa Barbara and the location is great. The house still needs a lots of home improvements(oven very old, 2nd bathroom, windows did not always work). The beds are very comfortable. No air should be noted with the heat. We had to add outdoor umbrella to enjoy the outdoor seating and fans for indoors. Overall I feel the positives were more than negatives.

We enjoyed staying in this home so close to the downtown with a great view on the deck of the harbor. It’s a bonus that they allow pets and yet the home is very clean!

Four friends traveling together, we soaked in the sun and beautiful ocean view from this clean, comfortable Santa Barbara home. Since we cooked most meals we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed and more. The manager was very responsive with questions and promptly had a shower faucet problem fixed for us. I will return.

Wonderful place, amazing view, beautiful decorating.

Our family enjoyed a relaxing week at this beautiful home. We loved the indoor/outdoor living room and deck for relaxing mornings, dining, and soaking up the stunning views! The house worked well for our young children, who were able to play inside/outside with minimal stairs to negotiate. Comfortable beds, linens and well-appointed home. Lynn and staff at SB rentals were great to work with and were so helpful in a last minute cancellation/booking situation.

Lovely home, plenty of parking, very comfortable beds, great outdoor space with fire pit. We had a wonderful time.
