The landlady and her staff are lovely and are very welcoming, very clean guest house, very safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend if your staying in alexandria.

There was nothing that raised my eyebrow there was always communication because the landlady speaks very good English.

The homeowner looks very polite. The bathroom is clean, and the room is also cost -effective.If you haven't encountered my situation, you will enjoy living here.

I originally booked three nights, but on the day I came, the homeowner asked me to modify it for one night. At first, the homeowner told me that the air conditioner needed to be repaired, and then said that it was because the room was provided to others to stay in. The temporary change of orders made it difficult for me to find other places to live. The homeowner allowed us to stay in the hall. Fortunately, a friend helped find a place for us.

I really liked the apartment and i can recommend it.

I told staff i would come by 1pm but previous guests hadnt left yet and i had to wait until 3pm to checkin after apartment got cleaned. The cleaner only changed sheets but they were stained. Bathroom and kitchen werent cleaned with disinfectant. Staff do not give elevator keys which was annoying as I had to ask them to use elevator when I needed. Staff entered my apartment when I was out and I was not informed until after I came back which was disrespectful. The apartment has alot of street noise which made it hard to sleep.

Great location (central and close to everything) and great value for money. The room is nice and the bed is so comfortable. The place and the bathroom were kept clean and always smelled nice. The host is lovely and very welcoming. She is very flexible and was there to meet me on my very early check in and check out. Aways was there to make sure I am comfortable. I would book this place again for sure.

It was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed.

location wise is perfect with everything you would need just minute around you. the apartment was fair enough to stay in with respect to money.

There was supposed to be an AC in the big room but they removed it and closed the open wall with a wooden frame which allows cold air to enter at night. also the kitchen was in bad condition with no microwave in it.
