This is the cutest little apartment. It’s got a Murphy bed (with a great mattress), and in the daytime, when the bed is up, you’ve got a comfortable living room with a view you won’t believe. The kitchen is tiny, but pretty and functional, and stocked with stuff it probably hadn’t occurred to you to pack and you wish you had. But seriously, it’s about the view. The space includes a nice balcony – again, with the amazing view – where you are likely to spend much of your time when you are not on the beach itself, which is right in front of you. The building itself is a vintage treat, like those old motels where your grandmother used to stay, and it’s nicely maintained. We have been coming here for several years, and we have been pleased to see the energy with which management is constantly making little upgrades and cosmetic improvements. It is probably the smallest building on the beach, which is simply wonderful. No crowds, no milling about, just a nice little pool and the beach, which, as I have already mentioned, is right in front of you. We love this place.

This was our seventh stay at this adorable little apartment with the magnificent view. We have already booked our eighth, ninth and 10th stay. We love this place, and I am trying to think of what else I can say about it that I haven't already said. Exactly as described, you walk outside and are right on the beach. Or, you can look at the beach from your private balcony. Or, if the day is a little bit too chilly for walking on the beach, you can just sit on the couch and look at a splendid view of the ocean from two large windows. Jim and Sonya are delightful hosts. Every time we are here, we find another pleasant surprise they have added to make this property even better than it needs to be. This year, it was a supply of “emergency sweatshirts. Because in Florida in January, you never know.

This one of the few places that delivers way more than what their listing shows! My husband and I came to visit for my birthday, and when we walked in, we were greeted with decorations, balloons, and a lovely table setting. We wanted for absolutely NOTHING! Jim & Sonya truly care about their guests, and went well above any expectations we had going in! Every single bit of the condo has little extra touches to make it a perfect comfy cozy place to land after playing in the water all day. We even got a text letting us know there was a rocket launch on our last evening there. It's a shame that we can only give 5 stars... they definitely deserve more!!! We will undoubtedly be back. This is our 2nd time staying here- Jim and Sonya are gracious hosts. They communicate every detail with you and always leave the sweetest welcome goodies. They provided my son with some toys and snacks that were customized just for him. We come to the beach to spend all day at the beach and love that it’s just a minute walk to the water. It’s got everything you could possibly need and is a very cozy little space.

This unit was immaculately clean and just perfect for me...small but perfect in every detail. Much more relaxing than a larger complex..even the pool area where most of the time I was by myself...peaceful. no little ones running around or loud college kids. The owners provided everything even beach equipment!!!

This was our fourth stay at this pretty little space on the beach. Each time, we are surprised and delighted with the additions Jim and Sonya have made since our previous visit. Brand new, comfy loveseat. Dehumidifier that takes up very little space. Aroma therapy capsules for the shower. Barstool chairs on the balcony, high enough that your view of the ocean is not obstructed by the balcony. A good array of high-end spices in the kitchen, and a selection of condiments on the fridge door. A closet shelf with everything you forgot to pack. A basket of treats on the counter when you arrive. An impressive array of coffee options. And Alexa to turn the lights on and off, or to give you the weather report from back home so you can feel smug about your oceanfront retreat. Also, this place is squeaky-clean when we arrive, which is always a delight. Can't wait till our next visit.

This was our third time staying in this adorable apartment with its spectacular view. We have already booked our fourth stay. And our fifth. And out sixth. There are plenty of reviews - ours included - that rave about the perfect beachfront location and the incomparable view of the sunrise. Beyond that, it's impossible to say enough about our gracious hosts. Jim and Sonya have thought of everything, and packed every bit of it into a charming and efficient space. They are easy to reach by text, respond immediately, and will make you feel like you are their absolute favorite guests. Since Covid is on nearly everyone's mind these days, I want to add a note about cleaning. The place is always pristine, and even germaphobes like us feel completely comfortable.

Very nice, meticulously maintained. Nice welcome basket. Owner has notes posted at all locations that require information instead of the "bible" that is typical. Very, very helpful and stress reducing.

Spent 4 nights in this immaculate ocean front studio. The host thought of everything down to aromatherapy for the shower. We had every thing we needed for any situation. Jim and Sonya reached out to welcome us and touched base every day. They were fantadtic hosts. No complaints and many compliments.

We have stayed at numerous condos off this website and this was one of the best ones! While the condo is small since it’s a studio, it was spacious since the bed was a Murphy bed that we only had to fold down to sleep. The proximity to the beach was perfect. And most importantly, the hosts are the best we’ve ever encountered. Everything was thorough, they make it extremely comfortable with extras in the condo, and then they even made my son a welcome bag of gifts for the beach- my son even got to fly a kite for the first time that they gifted him in the bag! Hands down the sweetest most thoughtful hosts. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The host thot of everything and included a lot of amenities not often provided. You will feel at home :) Both bed options were comfy and the shower was refreshing. The balcony and beach access a bonus plus.

Alot packed into this sweet little place on the ocean. Owners provide many amenities and comfort supplies. You can tell they put alot of thought and effort into how to decorate and equip this cool little pad. Big thumbs up.

This place was excellent from the view on the balcony to the ice cold AC inside . When we arrived the place was very clean everything worked just right . Great communication with the owner and check in was so easy . We highly recommend this unit .

Hosts were great. Arrived to music playing & welcome basket including wine, candies & other goodies. They go above and beyond to make sure you have all the little things you need but don’t bring w/when flying. Place was clean& pool was nice. Would definitely stay again!

From the moment we walked in the door we were in love with this quaint and adorable unit. Our hosts were so thoughtful by leaving us snacks, a lovely bottle of Sangria and had our bed ready (we came in pretty late in the evening). They have furnished the unit perfectly and have gone way beyond by supplying amenities that you would normally need to purchase yourself for a vacation rental (including things you might have forgotten to pack....my husband was grateful for the razor :). The bed was super comfy and the place was spotless. Extra care was taken to thoroughly sanitize everything before our arrival (our pillows were even encased in a plastic covering) which was very appreciated. This unit has the most perfect view of the ocean, and if the weather was better, we would have gone out to enjoy the beach (and of course, all the necessary beach items were provided). I could go on and on about how perfect our stay was and what gracious hosts Jim and Sonya are but I'll end it here by saying thank you and we look forward to booking another stay in the future. We came down to ride motorcycles, not stay indoors. So the place did what it was supposed to do.

I wanted to relax on the beach for my 25th birthday. This was a perfect experience. I will definitely return.

The studio was a perfect getaway for what we were looking for. The owners have stocked the rental with everything one might need .The gift package left in studio was a pleasent personal touch. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee priceless.. We look forward to returning to this little gem on the beach .

This was our second stay at this little gem of a beachfront apartment. We have already booked a third stay. And a fourth. The apartment is beautiful, squeaky clean, and beautifully appointed. The Murphy bed is easy to operate and has a deliciously comfortable mattress. The pretty little kitchen is remarkably easy to maneuver. Jim and Sonya are charming hosts. But most of all, this apartment is about the view, which is absolutely spectacular. Thank you, Jim and Sonya, for sharing your perfect little space.

Jim and Sonya are new owners, and I think this is their first review. Full Disclosure: We booked this property under the previous owner, and chose it because he had an astonishing number of five-star reviews, all raving about the ocean view. When this owner sold the property and canceled our booking, I kind of panicked. I contacted Jim, who graciously arranged for us to maintain our reservation. I am so glad he did, because everything that everyone said about the view was absolutely true. The view from this little gem of a studio is amazing. And then there’s the apartment itself. When we travel on the Florida coast, we look for the few remaining smaller, hotels. Nestled in among the towering skyscrapers, these quaint, mid-century buildings have a vintage charm. The rooms have been transformed into studio apartments with Murphy beds and tiny kitchens. Unlike in the skyscrapers, we feel closer to the beach. As for the apartment itself, Jim and Sonya have updated the interior and it’s the prettiest studio I have ever seen. Everything is tastefully arranged, there’s plenty of storage space, and the newly-remodeled kitchen is beautiful. The place is stocked with, well, with everything you forgot to pack. You know how you read reviews that end with a statement about how the reviewer is looking forward to returning? Do you ever find yourself wondering if that person ever really went back? We have already booked our next stay.
