The staff at Nan House were lovely and assisted in booking our transport. This hotel was popular with families from all over the world which we appreciated. Having bikes available at any time was fantastic. We enjoyed the ride to the Bird Park and around the town.

Our stay at Nan House was incredible! The location is so beautiful with the pool, the seating areas and pond. Tuan is amazing and if he can he will make everything possible for you. He really made us feel at home. You can rent a scooter or take the bikes around (which we both loved). It's also possible to have your laundry done. Tam Coc and Trang An area are extremely beautiful. We even stayed one night longer because we liked it so much. Thank you so much to Tuan and the whole team!

We had a very pleasant stay at Nan House. The room was nicely decorated, very clean and very spacious. The owner and the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is central enough (5-10 min walk from the busy part of the town) but separated enough to be quiet.

The extra mattress that we were provided with was not comfortable to sleep on. The swimming pool was not up and running when we went there.

The location was great, not far from the train station and points of interest, but somewhat secluded. The staff arranged a ride from the train station as well as a car to Ha Long after we left.

Ha was very helpful from the day I booked. Organised transfer from Hanoi, day tour, taxi to Ninh Binh Station. Location is fantastic. Free bicycle which was fantastic as we rode everywhere. Foot spa in room after walking all day on tour.

Nan house is a hidden germ in middle of the tourist area. The location is so good. few minutes walk to the town where many restaurants, shops and the Tam coc ferry station locate. The first moment we got into the hotel was so impressive . Moon has given us glasses of cold lemon juice that were just perfect for a hot day. We were also impressive by the greenery gardens, beautiful trees all around, many relaxing places to enjoy. the pool looks so nice and clean. The room was really spacious and super clean. Breakfast was fantastic with 6 choices of local or international foods. Very fresh fruits generously given. Staff was so kind and helpful. The best hotel in all places that we have visited. Great value for money. Thank you Nan House.Highly recommended

Wonderful accomodation for exploring the Tam Coc area. Very friendly and helpful staff, very big and soft bed, nice garden and swimming pool. Lots of bikes free to use, also motorcycles to rent for a small price. Tam Coc village nearby. Very luxurious and delicious breakfast made to order.

Very minor suggestions: bathroom could use a shower curtain, and in the hot season it would be nice if you could have breakfast a little earlier to be able to start your day before the heat.

Location is good to visit local attractions although you need a taxi to go anywhere. Very quiet place with great views. Ha was fantastic in sorting out a taxi for a day to take us to allocations we wanted to visit. Her English is excellent, she was always easily contactable and did her utmost best to make our stay as nice as possible.

Excellent journey at this lovely homestay. Everything was very clean and nice. The staff team is there for you if you need any help or recommendations and the house is located in a peaceful place from where you can easily access all the touristic spots. Highly recommended

We couldn't recommend Nan's House highly enough. Ha and her team gave us a very warm welcome and offered lots of advice on how best to enjoy our time in Ninh Binh with suggestions on where best to visit and how best to travel around. There are bikes available for free use which will get you comfortably to most of the local attractions and Ha arranged the hire of a moped for us to visit the attractions further away for a very reasonable price. We really enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast which was offered. The hotel is a short walk away from the town centre down a small road which provides the opportunity to say hi to the locals who are always happy to see you. Thanks for such an enjoyable stay.

A piece of heaven to us. we had 1 night with Ha and her family. it was an amazing experience with Nan house. The location is very closed to the town. Bycicles were in good condition and they were provided for free use. The room was beautiful and spacious. good smell, super clean. We like the foods that Nan cooked for us, very fresh and delicious. Breakfast was very good with local and European choices. Perfect place to stay. We would certainly come back.

Nam House is a ray of tranquillity only 800m from the centre of the small town but nowhere near the backpacker hostel and hassle. The house is simply but beautifully designed, all the facilities you need are there and nothing you do not. The small touches of the herbal foot bath and the local grown tea are excellent. I did not meet Ha as she was out doing other business but her sister Moon was excellent and helped me with everything including a late night move to the train station. If you're looking for great access to the area but a lovely chilled evening vibe this is the place.

Nice location on the edge of town, walking distance to the city center. Free bikes and the possibility to rent a scooter, the place also provided us with a map with all the attractions in the area. The room was very nice (and new), with a beautiful view toward the hills and the surrounding greenery.  The balcony had a lounging area. Breakfast was great, you can choose from a few options (local and international).  One of the best and nicest places we stayed at while in Vietnam.

Constant water and electricity cuts during day and night. The room has no heater so it was freezing all the time. Basic breakfast. Loud roosters next doors starting from 4am. Broken bycicles. No courtains or glass to divide shower from toilet so everything gets quite wet and messy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nan house. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast view is very serene and we enjoyed the footbaths and use of the bicycles. We would highly recommend Nan House.

the owner , who speaks good English, is so gracious and accommodating. room was very comfortable and great value. She made excellent recommendations on things to do; free bicycles with the location away from the hustle and bustle of town but very easy biking distance. Also had very reasonably priced smoother rentals. The owner and her sister were wonderful to deal with. excellent value !!

I had nothing to criticize.

A quiet location near rice fields with the best restaurant of Ninh Binh only 100m away. The host is extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. They made our family feel and home and provides a lot of advice and help.

The property was located close to the Main Street I town. The owner, Ha, was amazing in organising our trip and coordinating transfers and tours. Ninh Binh is a beautiful place - pristine and very scenic.

I liked the staff and the free bikes. I also liked the greenery in the yard and the view out back. I liked the foot bath in the room.

The room was extremely slanted and it made me dizzy. the owner said she would be rehabbing the entire building in a few months. The hot water in the shower didn’t last long and went out after about 5 minutes.
