Lay out of the property was perfect for our friends weekend!

This home is very nice but the property was not ready at check-in time. The cleaning team arrived after check-in time and only there for an hour. We had to contact the owner for supplies as well. The owner of the cleaning team came out and tried to clean the bathrooms and bought supplies. He was at the house until after ten. Such a shame because the house is nice but the chairs to the dining table had not been fixed or replaced even though the fact that they were hazard and would fall down. We reported it also and no one made an effort to repair or replace the chairs.

This place was close if not 20-30 minutes from majority of the places we went. Did fit 5 couples and a toddler. Price was reasonable. Any issues were referred to owner Ryan and replied immediately via email.

So communication between host and us was worthless. We reached out four times and Vrbo reached out twice. No response. We had to checkout a day early…let him know via text and wrote right back. Things wrong with house: yard was over grown, kitchen chairs were broke, sliding door did not lock or slide, hot tub was dirty and water was green and smelled terrible. I would not recommend this house to anyone. The host confirmed everything had been fixed. Nothing but LIES!!!!

Except for the kitchen chairs being very unstable, there being tno fitted sheet on the master bed, and there only being 2 washcloths in the house, the structure/furniture of the house was fine. However, I contacted the owner within a few hours of checking in because it was clear the house hadn’t been cleaned properly. As requested, I sent photos of the crumbs and stickiness on the floors, the dirty linens that had been crumpled up and stashed away in an ottoman in the master, and the sand in the hot tub that was supposedly cleaned 3 times a week. I had already cleaned up crumbs on the counter and in the fridge and washed the kitchen towel and sheets in my child’s room. The only response from the owner was that he’d ask the cleaners about it. I’m not sure why he believed the cleaners claims that they had done their job when I had pictures that they hadn’t. There was no attempt to correct any of this for us. It’s really too bad that the place isn’t being cleaned better. It makes the stay unpleasant in what would otherwise be a spacious, updated home in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

We stayed a long weekend. Great place. Close to what you need. Owners very responsive.

This property was beyond clean. We had plenty of room. The beds were comfy and I slept so well on the pillows. I didn’t even have to ask for the check in info, everything was sent to me with more than enough time.

I didn't personally stay as I rented it for a group of contract employees that we flew into town for a conference. However, they all really enjoyed their stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. As they stayed during a snowstorm, they really appreciated having use of the garage and the hot tub.

Do not choose this place! It has the kind of cheap furnishings, poor cleaning practices, and lack of help from the host that give Vrbo a bad name. Expect furniture to be missing, broken, unsafe to use, or simply unusable. Expect to have to clean, shop, and repair items that are standard in a home and be offered a token reimbursement (way below minimum wage) for YOUR VACATION TIME spent cleaning, repairing, and shopping. Do not expect help from the host – no effort will be made to get you basic items or items pictured or mentioned at their site, or to have repairs done while you were there (our reservation was for 11 nights, so there was plenty of time for repairs and servicing). Here is what we found for our family of eight: Dirty (eek!) refrigerator and freezer Dirty kitchen cupboards Only cold and mildly warm water in the master bathroom shower 1 kitchen bar stool (not 3 as pictured) No hand towels No wash clothes 3 placemats 2 air mattresses: one with a leak; one with a very visible hole in it; neither useable. 1 Pack and Play with a 5 inch rip in the seam An outdated (according to the host) and unhelpful Guest Book An owner who seems to care more about money than fair advertising and the reasonable comfort of guests. We left the place in better shape than we found it; but we recommend you not stay here.

We were in town for a sporting event and there were 7 of us. We all had plenty of room (5 bedrooms) and it was nice to have space to hang out together. For the price, this is a great place. Nothing fancy and the furnishings are sparse and cheap, but they worked. Owner is great though and very responsive. I’d give this a 3 out of 5. Was good for a family on the go.

Didn’t feel like I had much privacy they kept emailing me and even called me my first night there at like 1140 at night

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this 5-bedroom home! It was spacious with lots of room to spread out, large kitchen, and the beds were so comfortable! It's a split level home, so if you have a problem with stairs, don't choose this one, as the bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs. But that wasn't a problem for us. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, very easy to get to, and not far from plenty of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice place in a calm locality. The host was really nice and provided all the details well in advance. The property has a huge backyard and we spent some quality time there. They had basic stuff for cooking, like sugar, salt, spices, etc. The only downside was the squeaky floor boards and the noisy Heater. So people sleeping in the basement will have some tough time to sleep. But overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

The home was just right in size for our family to come together for my brother's passing.. as a family that was spread out over 4 states it was perfect in everyway!

Good size for a full family stay and its convenient enough to everywhere. The communication with the manager was outstanding and very helpful.

This house may look nice in pictures, but it is clearly a property that is only intended for short-term rentals, furnished in the cheapest possible way…beds and chairs that shift and squeak with every movement, mismatched curtains hung on a wire, broken tread-plate on stairs, even the bathtub faucet detached from the wall! I documented everything I found damaged when we got there and privately reached out to the owner to avoid any problems, only to be charged after departure for an alleged broken nightstand that housekeeping discovered! When I inquired about which room the “broken” table was found, and discovered it was the room I had in fact used, I was adamant that the table was in good working order when I left. The owner then changed his story, claiming it was in a different bedroom (one my brother and his wife had shared), and they too assured him that the table had been fine on departure. I asked for a picture, and was shocked to discover two legs visibly bashed, with the top unattached…clearly not how they had left it! I’m not sure what’s going on, but if we had indeed broken the table, we would have told him and offered to pay for it; my integrity is worth more than $30! So word of advise: if you do rent this property, not only document what is broken on arrival, but clearly video each and every room on departure to avoid any mysterious “broken” charges!!!

Awesome host! Property shows its age but is well taken care off! The kids enjoyed the hot-tub.

House was clean and roomy. New hot tub was nice after a long drive. 5 bedroom was plenty of space four family of 6 with kid 14-21. Contact with owner was very easy and quick response. In a neighborhood area so if you want to party and be loud you might want to stay somewhere else but if you want a place that feels safe for you and your family that is centrally located then you are in the right place.

Are stay here was great. The amenities were as shown in the pictures, in fact there were upgrades made the pictures didn’t show. As for my family, we can get rowdy, but this place served its purpose. Ryan and his staff were available to answer all questions we had. Great time and memories.

Ryan was a great communicator and quite helpful. The space worked perfect for our family reunion gathering. It was really nice to have the hot tub too.

This is our first time coming to Colorado Springs and oh lord we loved it. Ryan made our stay super easy. His communication and kindness with the guest is amazing. The house is equipped with everything you need. Overall we looking forward to stay in this house again next year.
