Any questions that I had; Kay was always VERY prompt in her responses (sometimes it seemed I didn't even push Send, and she responded). In addition to the clean/comfortable home, the neighborhood was very quiet, day and night. We would happily stay there again! (Thank you Kay!!)

It was overall very nice. Not much to do in this area but it was to see family so it worked out well. The back yard could've used a bit more patio furniture or loungers but it was alright.

Nice place. Only a couple of minor issues. Water was off when we arrived but that was resolved fairly quickly by contacting the owner. Also, there are a lot of light switches, many of which don’t seem to work anything. But we made it work.

Really clean and beautiful house on the Golf Course. Golf course was in great shape and super fun to play. The remote lock worked great to get in the house and the A/C was cold as ice!

Property had no hot water, we had to shower somewhere else. They take advantage of people, they charged us with a $150.00 cleaning fee and also are trying to charge $25.00 for dirty dishes.

The home is nicely decorated, all of the essentials in the kitchen were perfect, and the furniture is very comfortable. We were all happy with the firmness of the beds. I didn’t ask the others, but the water pressure in the Master bath was great.We ate a lot of meals at the house, and had lots of choices for glassware and plastic ware for both dishes and glasses. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard, which has an open view of the golf course - which provided a lot of space before there were other houses. There is a small berm, so the house still allows for a good amount of privacy; while still giving a green, manicured view.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and recommend the owners and house highly!

Beautiful home, very clean, quiet neighborhood and the owners were very easy to work with! I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to the area! If we come down next year we will probably rent the same property again!!

We stayed for 8 nights and had a great time, the owners made the check in process very simple and easy. The house and property are extremely clean and well organized with everything you could need. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

We rented this house to have a comfortable place to stay for my son's wedding and it exceeded our expectations! the house is tastefully decorated, super clean and very comfortable. Kay is so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Everything was so easy to navigate, getting in , using the tv, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable. It was a great stay! I highly recommend this house!

House was nice and clean. Mattress on Master bed seemed worn and uncomfortable. Neighborhood was overall quite.

Property is located in a easy to navigate location, furnishings in the home are very nice and the beds are very comfortable. We rent properties during our travels and this certainly had the nicest, and most complete, kitchen dishes and utensils that we have ever experienced. The home sits on the golf course but there is plenty of backyard where you are removed from people going by. The owners are extremely accommodating and considering this stay took place during Covid-19 we felt at peace with our stay even though amenities were all shut down.

We loved this rental as it is located close to San Tan Mountain Regional Park where we enjoyed the trails. We also had the use of the facilities of Johnson Ranch which included a bi-weekly (for a small fee) yoga class, swimming pools and the Johnson Ranch Public golf course. We loved a 20 minute walk ending with lunch at the Terrace. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching golfers hit water balls into the hazard just in view of the backyard! We really appreciated that Kay and Robert were very responsive with any questions. Plush towels, comfortable beds and linens made our stay very enjoyable. We appreciated that the house was clean and the kitchen was organized with decent appliances including the Keurig for quick morning coffee. A great rental, you will enjoy this home!

We were in the San Tan Valley area over the holidays visiting family. This house was great - very well decorated, very clean and had everything we needed as far as supplies - kitchen utensils, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, etc. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. Kay was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely recommend this house and will stay here again!

My family had a great time at this property. Everything was just as pictured and the neighborhood was quiet. Kay was very helpful and easy to work with. I have rented other properties in the area that I didn’t want to go back to but this one was opposite of that. We felt at home and the entire process of booking, communicating with owner, and using all the amenities was super simple. I recommend this home!
