This was a great little place for my friend and I to stay for 3 nights. The location is great. The house is nice and clean. The chairs in the living room are not so comfy but we spent most of our time out and about. The bedrooms were very nice and the bathroom had all the space we needed for our toiletries. The closing instructions are confusing, the sign they have in the house is not accurate and my instructions talked about a lock box which we never found. There were no keys to the house just the key pad and no garage door opener (you use a key to open and close) and no one answered the phone at the service to answer my questions so we just winged it. I would absolutely rent this house again. I was a treat staying here.

This property is perfect for a couple or small family looking to stay close to everything but to also have a quiet place to spend time alone. It's comfortably and adequately furnished and supplied with the kitchen items you need. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch even though we didn't drink it. The bed was very comfortable, along with all the other furniture. The communication was also perfect, we had zero issues our entire stay. There are many great restaurants close by and the pier and beach are just a few steps away. If we make it back to Santa Barbara we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. My only caution is that anyone with a vehicle larger than an average size sedan will struggle to fit into the shared garage, which is the only available parking for the property that I'm aware of. They may have another option for larger vehicles that I'm not aware of, but if you're driving something bigger like a Tahoe or even a minivan, make sure to inquire about parking.

The location was great. Easy walk to the beach and State Street. All the instructions were clear with check in and check out. The place is cute, quiet, and well appointed. Beds were comfy. Would highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time on our stay. The rooms are very nice and the kitchen provided all of the dishes, pans and utensils that we needed. The view is amazing and connected to a gorgeous strip of beach that is our favorite daily walk.

We enjoyed staying here, but I will say that communication was a little annoying because the property is managed by a company that had their own communication and a separate app I had to download with separate emails to get the code to enter. That being said, it was an adorable place in a great location.

Surprisingly wonderful 2 bed unit, great location. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything is perfect. Very comfortable and quiet. Location could not be better, close to everything and yet safe. Even late at night. We walked everywhere. Not cheap but still a bargain for what you get, plus the crazy good location makes everything better. Highly recommended.

Park your car and walk to everything! Very cute functional unit with everything you need, including bikes to cruise the boardwalk. Beds were comfortable and the unit very clean on arrival.

Have rented from a lot of great places around the US in the past. For the cost, this is the nicest that I have ever stayed out. Location, upgrades, etc. Definitely going to stay here again.

Very conveniently located to Stearns Wharf, Funk Zone, and the beach, all within a 10-15 minute walk. The property was well-equipped and nicely furnished. We did experience a problem with a loss of water pressure during our stay, but property management was very responsive and resolved the issue promptly.

Very relaxing, clean and convenient place perfect for a family or friends. The location was epic, being walking distance to all the best restaurants and wine bars. Will definitely stay again

Awesome location for beach activities and enjoying the Funk Zone. Great remodel makes this bungalow feel light & bright, and spacious for its modest size. Perfect for up to 3 people. We really enjoyed the patio area!

This may be one of my favorite vacation rentals ever! We came in May with our two young daughters and loved that it was within walking distance from the beach, the harbor, the wharf, and funk zone. We hardly used our car at all and walked to Jeannines for breakfast 3 of the 4 mornings we were in town (SO good!). The check in process was seamless and I loved that they met us on site to show us around and make sure we had everything we needed. Speaking of, the place is adorable and well-stocked should you need to cook or just hang out! Our 2 year old enjoyed the beautiful patio during the day and we enjoyed it at night to drink the wine we bought from the urban wine trail :). Truly cannot recommend this place enough - we'll be back!

Other then a lack of good communication at check in, the place was very well appointed for its size. Definitely a good eye for design and a great, central location for tourist.

We stayed here for a week over Thanksgiving - everything was perfect! Beautiful unit, comfy beds, strong shower, well stocked kitchen. Also probably the best possible location - a block to the beach, less than a 10 min walk to State street and all the restaurants in the Funk Zone. Just lovely all around!

We had a fantastic stay. Great location, and it's a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The cottage is cute, quiet, and very comfortable. Perfect for a long weekend getaway.
