Beautiful, clean and classy. The staff is very friendly and professional. I loved everything about the property.

There’s only one entrance/exit to the property which is very small and narrow. It’s one way. If one car comes in and the other goes out at the same time, one should reverse which becomes unsafe. It’s just an inconvenience.

The reception staff did not seem to know how to use the system. They could not find our booking and then could not check us in adequately, making check-in take longer—also, the lady's nails were so long, that she could not handle the iPad.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptional and very professional.

Very calm hotel. Beautiful. The rooms were fitted with smart TV and dstv so you have choice. Hotel staff very helpful. I love that my room came with a bathtub! So rarely do you get a bathtub at this price point in your hotel room! They had gowns ready in the room. And had my cot up for the baby.

The food. Not great. Every meal I had was disappointing. Really did not enjoy my meals.

Everything was beautiful- location and amenities, but I was disappointed by the service.

Service. I had been communicating with your WhatsApp messaging system and had asked them for a few things, one being a cake as it was my wife’s birthday and the second, being a booking at the spa. The cake was delivered, but we were not booked at the spa and had to fight our way to a booking. We waited 2,5hours for our room service meal to be delivered. I had also paid a rate which was inclusive of lunch and dinner, but I was requested to pay for the lunch and dinner we had ordered. I ended up spending more than was intended especially since I had pre-paid already for my stay.

I went to the hotel under the impression that the restaurant is till Reuben's. It isn't. Some of the features on the pics are no longer on the premises. Lunch took forever.

Breakfast for a Five star hotel was mediocre at best. Rooms weren't made-up til 5pm which is, woefully late. And the room looked nothing like the ones advertised on the site.
