Apartment was very clean, modern furniture, with all facilities. Has all equipment for cooking, one large seperate room for elders, a sofa which converts to bed. This is in 2nd floor, Owner lives in the same building on ground floor. He speaks good English, very friendly and caring. Parking is free on street, usually you get it, never was a problem. It's 20 to 30 mins on tram to all tourist locations, tram station is just around the corner. We recommend to all guests with family.

WC wash basin tap had low water pressure but not a major issue, hope it will be sorted easy.

The appartement was so spacious and beautiful, full of artistic and homy details, plants and wood. A combination of modern and cosy ( our hist Ruzenka could be a successful interior decorator), equipped with all the appliances and objects we could need for a week's stay. Value considerably exceeding the money. Thick walls and quiet neighborhood could provide a good rest after a day spent in the crowded and lively city center or strolling around. Our hosts were generous and kind from the very beginning, providing us with useful tips and answers to all our our questions- the wibe was so good we even spent an enjoyable evening together! I just hope the appartement is available next time we come. Thank you so much Ruzenka and Milan!

Wifi is not always the strongest.

It is a big and light apartment, with all the kitchen supplies.

There are a lot of things that that were not good at this apartment: 1. The temperature in the apartment, I don't know if there is a broken heating or that is set automatically, but it was very cold. If you take a shower the hot water from radiators is gone. It was freezing there. The wooden windows, do not keep the apartment warm, and the 3 meters celling as well. So I contacted the owner saying it was cold, and he answered he can do nothing about it, because no one ever complained. 2. The bedding, the mattresses are not comfortable, there is like hole where the butt should be, not good. The are no pillow cases and other linen. The pillows and the blankets, where smelling like second hand. I'm not allergic, but I couldn't breathe. So I looked through the apartment and found the thinner ones under the sofa, but that didn't smell better. So we were coving with our own coats. It it was damn freezing. The radiators were off all night. And of course there was nothing the owner could do about it! So in the morning both of us, me and my mom and sore throat. 3. The lock of the door is impossible to open. Every time it took from 10 to 15 minutes to open it. Be ready to stuck in front of this door! 4. Location. Yes it is located near the tram stations. And it would take you 10-12 stops to get to the city centre. No food stores located near! 5. Owner that can never help! 6. Well there are rules to use cup holders and to sort the garbage, which are not bad, and seems to be helping nature, and opposite to that you will find tons of diffusers in the apartment!!! 7. Have you seen that nice book shelves, well those are closed, no fun. right? So I booked this good looking but terrible apartment for 4 nights. And we stayed there only two! After the answers of the owner, that he cannot do anything with any issues we had, we decided to find the other apartment, were it was warm and healthier to stay!

We were completely satiafied. We were welcome very kindly. The apartment was really nice, convenient and clear. It is located very well, tram station is close and parking is free. Respect for all, thank you!
