Fantastic Holiday home in a beautiful location

This unit was perfect for my spouse and me, close to the beach and Main Street Hyannis. It’s clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen, beach cart with chairs, comfortable beds. We were really happy with it.

Clean and quiet! A place to come to get away from the big city life.

Perfect for me and my husband, but could definitely be good for 4 people with the half bath. Great location, very short drive to beaches and Main St. Hyannis. Owner was great and always quick to answer any questions.

The property at hyannis was very nice and perfect for 4 adults. Roomy and nicely decorated. We were close to beaches and Main Street where we shopped and ate when weather was rainy. We also took a fast ferry to Nantucket and spent another day in province town. All planned before Elsa hit. I would recommend this property to first timers. It was a good time. Lobster rolls at Skippers a must.

This property was exactly as stated in the listing, and more. My family came back from vacation well rested and ready to return to our daily schedules.

Great location to restaurants , Main Street shopping and ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Would definitely rent again. Owner was excellent with emails and communication with me throughout whole process.

The condo was perfect for us, fully equipped, 2 large bedrooms, all appliances and grill. 1/4 mile from the beach (pass included), less than a mile from downtown Hyannis. Might book it again in the future.

My family and I were very pleased with renting this home. It is located quite close to downtown Hyannis and several nearby beaches. The home is tastefully furnished and the big plus for us was the washer & dryer in the 1st floor bathroom. Both second floor bedrooms had window A/C units and the whole first floor was also air conditioned. Communication with the owner was never an issue and she responded back promptly. I would recommend this home and hope to rent it again in the future!!!

This was the second time that my wife and I stayed at this property. Every thing you need is provided. It is walking distance to the beach. Close to everything in town. We are planning on returning again next summer.

It was a Wonderful vacation, the condo was clean, plenty of room, stocked with extra towels. I would recommend this condo to anyone! Very convenient to beaches, and restaurants. Thank you!!

Stayed here out of season in a April so a bit quiet, however the property is excellent. It is in a great location near to the beach and the town centre, but away from it all as well. I would imagine in the summer when things get a bit crowded, it would be even better for location. Both bedrooms are great, and have ample space. Amenities in the house are all you could ask for and it is close enough to most things that you can’t not get anything you need - there is a nice convenience store just up the road. Owner’s communication is excellent. Well worth the stay

Wonderful accomodation and a great vacation overall.

Condo is well stocked with everything you would need but had a problem with ants in kitchen, dinning room and living room. It was clean but had a musty or dot and carpet was dirty.

This was the best place my wife and I have ever stayed at on Cape Cod. There was plenty of room for a large family. This place was clean, well stocked with everything you would need, even a gas grill outside. It was a quick walk to the beach, no need to drive your car. We will definitely be returning next year.

My Wife & I stayed over 4th July, 2018 after flying in from England . Great location, 20 mins walk to Hi-Speed ferries & Main street. Don't bother paying for ferry parking, walk. Large rooms, air con worked well.Plenty of beach chairs & towels. Local shop stays open late, with good range of products. Plenty of good restaurants on Main Street. Only possible downside is 1 shower might cause a morning queue if fully occupied. Would love to go back.

I stayed with my two kids for a week in June and this condo fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen is more than well equipped and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The second bedroom was huge with two twins and a queen- more than enough space to keep them separated since one is an early riser and the other likes to sleep late. The beach chairs, towels, carts, and landlord beach parking pass were much appreciated, as were the washing machine and dryer. We went to the beach almost every day. The kids loved staying here and we had plenty of space (and parking) for our local relatives to come over and visit for meals. Also, the armoire with the games and coloring items were a big hit. Overall, I give it 5 stars. Only dislike was the uneven floor on the lower level where there is a partial step into the kitchen and bathroom resulting in multiple stubbed toes.

We loved staying at the condo . It was very clean and extremely comfortable and close to everything in Hyannis ! I would highly recommend staying here !!
