QSF just blew us away. The rooms are decorated beautifully and ammenities absolutely perfect. The bed was so comfortable. Make sure you book in for dinner and breakfast as the food is just divine. Staff are attentive and very friendly.
The only thing I didn’t like was the steep stairs to the room. But it is what it is. Would not stop me from booking again.

What a perfect surprising "find"
Friendly, attentive staff. Beautifully appointed and comfortable room. Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant- both wonderful. Would definitely seek this out again. Don't be fooled by the outside.

I brought my wife for New Year’s Eve a couple of nights after our wedding. The food was exceptional. Both the evening meal and breakfast were amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much to ask. We will be back.

Truly magnificent hotel and restaurant. The room was exceptional, with many extra little touches that made our stay truly memorable and the food was to die for - to the extent that we changed our plans over our weekend trip so not to miss the opportunity to dine there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and are a credit to the establishment in every way.

Amazing, gorgeous, fabulous rooms, we visit a few times a year, always to a high standard. The little touches are just the cutest.
Wouldn't even try anywhere else in Lancaster after being here.
