The room was clean and comfortable, although small due to the age of the building.
The food was excellent,the breakfast superb!!
The staff were friendly and helped with any aspect of out stay.
An historic area and building....most interesting.
The shower was a bit small for me (I'm a bit large!!), but it operated well.
NOT HOTEL....we were very sad to find that almost all museums and historic sites of interest were closed midweek. Our Taxi Driver blamed the Council!!

The rooms were so very hot. Opening the wi dow made the noise from other air con uncomfortable.

Beautifully presented, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Room perhaps a little on the small side was exceptionally clean and well presented. Very well situated fir the city centre.

the pub was in an excellent location, the breakfast was outstanding, the bed was comfy and the staff and owner were absolutely awesome! it was an absolute pleasure and I would thoroughly recommend, many thanks for a wonderful stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I had to leave early for a work meeting and they supplied me with a take away breakfast, don't get that everywhere. Very clean and excellent evening meal.
