Room very clean and spacious, as was the bathroom.
The "hotel" is not really a hotel. The front of the hotel is a facade...no staff, no dining room, no bar, no reception room, nothing you would normally see in a hotel. The hotel comprises rooms above a laundry accessed via a back passageway. "Managed rooms" might be a more honest description of the accommodation. The rooms were very stuffy, no obvious way to open any windows.

No fault but noisy with people sitting talking outside late at night and noise of club?
Then elderly neighbour put in tv very loud at 7 am ? Deaf. So unable to sleep in!
No fault of property.

Very comfortable room, the kitchen is very well stocked and super-convenient for a short stay in Lancaster. The location is very central and convenient, both for the station and for the town centre. Self check-in works very easily.
The key to the room was difficult to use.

Although the room is on the busy Lancaster one-way system, it was relatively quiet. The room was of a very good size. The self-service check-in was very easy to manage.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the Train station, and near to the city centre. The room was a nice size, exceptionally clean & very confortable, despite being near the main road quite peaceful too! Food wasnt available @Crows' so used local cafes and restuarants instead, being so close it wasnt an issue.
I have nothing to complain about!

Bit confusing with the room numbers and key boxes upstairs and downstairs . As separate places .. I think a sign saying crow hotel keys would help .. at one point I was typing key code into a completely different box and room .. ?? Needs clearer signage .. apart from that great place 🙏

Modern and spacious room/en-suite. All basic amenities provided, great location. Easy check in/out process, short stay parking spots for checking in/out are very handy.
No free parking available but this is advised.

Good sized room with a big bed and toilet space. Located right in the centre of Lancaster a short walk to the pubs, shops & castle. Easy and simple self check in/out. Good price. Not at all noisy

Good communication prior to arrival. Smooth pre-check-in. Warm and helpful staff at the reception. Fabulous location in the heart of the city centre. Many breakfast options nearby.

Door had a 3 inch gap beneath so not really secure or soundproof, and the window couldn't be shut

it was centrally located in Lancaster.
it was just a bit poor quality. bathroom door would not shut, no curtains, only blinds, no wardrobe, just a metal contraption that was more akin to a bird feeder. thin carpets narrow public areas, loads and loads of noise from upstairs and outside. Secondary double glazing of very poor quality. Very very cheap shower and bath fittings. Basically just a pathetic attempt at a Hotel by amateurs.
