The breakfast is excellent serving continental and south indian food The room was also spacious and clean. I was staying second time in this hotel. The General Manager, Mr. Mukesh and Ms. Roja at the reception was very helpful and felt that I was staying at my home only. I reached there before check-in time as the flight was early and they arranged one room for us at a very low rate for short time to make the suite ready.
There is nothing which I didn't like as their service is super.

The beds were really comfortable and the staff were pleasant to work with.
Some of the tech were damaged such as they AC’s, and the TV’s had no channels.

The room was nice.
They said not allowed visitors.....thn one of the manager i think he said can allow visitor.the next day someone cm to visit my friend. One of the staff his name mr anjan if not mistaken he charge 1000inr from that person who visited my friend. Whenever i asked him is there any rules are in this hotel for charge this amount but he not reply me properly.
I did report to the hotel manager before i checked out.

Clean and spacious rooms, well connected and close to the city railway station, good locality

Overall it was smooth without any issues.
Buffet dinner was not worthy for the amount we paid.It was totally waste for money. As we were tired thought of taking dinner inside and it was proven a wrong ideaBreakfast was ok,could have been better..

Only 1 room card and they can't issue more. Would be nice to have a mini fridge.

Service part is worst. It takes more than a hr for in room service of tea even. If service part improvised its good property to stay.

Cant get outside food. We have to purchase food from the property only.

Bad location . It worthy to stay. While we stayed in room they leave the maskito fag in entire hotel . We scared and feel the hotel in fire . We ran away with luggage and left the other things in room to protect our life’s . It’s a bad experience . The Ty won’t allow even 1 hour grace period also before check out

Picture looks good and reality sucks. Very poor customer service, very poor accommodation with unhygienic cleanliness. customer service is very poor like for example paid for water bottle at the service and still it was added on my bill during checkout and had to pay it again which shows that there was no communication gap between the services.
Also the gym was very very poor.. with non of the machines working and not safe to use, full of dust on the machines and also weights of 2kg, 5kg, 7.5kg and 10 kg were available which was full of dust on them.
very very bad and gym room was in very bad condition and looked very very unhygienic.
but canteen service for breakfast was fabulous and good food.
well the pictures on website doesn’t really represent the reality of the facilities.

Value breakfast friendly staff at breakfast.
They were rood at the front desk. They didn't allow for an early check-in. There was mould in the bathroom. One of the rooms smelt of damp.
