This was the second time we stayed in this townhouse and we'll be looking for it again when we come back again next Winter. It's roomy and perfect for our family and two dogs. They had plenty of trails and an old tennis court to run around in.

Minor maintenance issues cropped up that were small enough for me to ignore and let them know after our stay. I'm sure they've already been addressed now.

The location was great and how quiet it was. We were allowed to have our dog there with us and that was really nice.

A few odd things that were out of our control.

The checkin was ok.

Unfortunately this property started off poorly. The rate was not correct on booking.com. I did have a dog so I expected an extra charge, but I was charged an extra $150. So to rent this place it was $522. The property is not worth the price. It was not clean. We ended up moving to the Hilton down the street that Friday for the same amount. We never stayed in the property.

It was kept mediocre, in disrepair in places that matter like stairs, bathroom and deck. the excess charges placed due to fake charges claiming dogs caused damage, they did not, and we left it clean by taking out trash, doing dishes, vacuuming and did a couple loads of whites. How to dispute fake charges like urine? plenty of pictures for all else. the comforter had holes with stuffing coming out. (list of small things that add up or can be ignored for value price, up to you)

Clean with easy access/parking. Everything we needed for a weeks stay.

The bull nose of the stairs were loose the moment we got in there. Some even came off as we used the stairs. They seriously need to be fixed or replaced before somebody gets hurt. We used caution and didnt mind having to work around it. Others may not be so careful and understanding.

The unit, view, and location were great. Quiet.

The layout of the townhouse was great. Living room couches and set up worked perfect. Everything that was available in the kitchen was great, enough silverware, dish soap, glasses, plates, etc. Heating system worked amazing, the house was able to stay warm.

Lack of information. No instructions about connecting to the WiFi, or the dumpsters being lock and the card was needed to open.
