The property was definitely convenient and walking distance to Disneyland. The room was cleaned and in order. The only 2 issues were temp gauge and main elevator being out of order most of the time of our stay.

Property VRBO manger only responded to one question. Description was incorrect. No fireplace in any rooms that was clearly listed. Room itself very dated. Loose faucets, granite shelf in bathroom about to fall off the wall. Bed not comfortable and plastic mattress liner doesn't breath so you sweat all night. First VRBO so not very impressed.

No frills, basic place to stay near Disneyland Resort. The walk is about a mile to the parks and a lot of restaurants fairly close. If you want a clean place to stay without the add-ons, and don't mind a bit of a walk, this is a good one.

The place is clean, and staff are friendly. The accommodations are very small, a lot packed into small space. The hotel is loud, noisy until midnight. Garage security is good and only one mile to Disney.

Overall enjoyable. The Pool was a lot smaller and the kitchen only had servings for two. We had to constantly treasure the same dishes to use for cereal. Had to eat out a lot as the stove did not look accommodating for meal prep.

Had a great time. To save money we got some groceries at a near by store and ate breakfast at the room each morning before heading to Disney. Lots of fridge room, toaster, cooking supplies. Also this is about the farthest I would want to walk to and from Disney but absolutely do-able. The WiFi was not great but other than that we had a nice stay.

My husband and I took a couples' trip to Disneyland and this was the perfect place to stay. We had a clean and comfortable room with a kitchenette in which we ate breakfast each morning. It was an approximate 20 minute walk to Disneyland which felt a little far at the end of a long day. Still, I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

We had second thoughts about staying here because of the price we thought that we were going to get a dirty place, and was greatly surprised when it was very clean and well-kept well-maintained place. We will definitely be staying here again. Next time we come to Disneyland 100% recommend this place they have a small kitchenette, a regular size fridge and even for healthcare if you forget yours at home.

The room/suite had all we needed and the building was well kept. We were able to get to theme parks easily ans cheaply using Lyft/Uber. Having a kitchen was very useful. We would stay here again without hesitation! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for Disneyland. It really isn’t walking distance but there was a shuttle for an additional fee. I believe it was only $6 which is far cheaper than parking at Disney. The walls are thin though and we unfortunately had a couple of sleepless nights due to people in the hallways being loud or upstairs stomping around much of the night. So that is something to take into consideration. The room was clean and the staff are very pleasant. Having an ice maker in the freezer was quite nice also. Overall we had an okay stay.

45+ minutes from LAX, clean convenient hotel near Disneyland! Good convenience store on main level for snacks and other incidentals. All Dove products in bath. Great kitchenette in room with clean stove and fridge. You have to download an app to book and pay for shuttle usage. Or $5-7 Uber or Lyft to Disneyland.

It was a good, quiet place to stay after the trip to Disneyland. Easy to feel calm and collected. I don't see a lot of people around here. Thanks! :)

Everytime we boarded a bus, ARC or were lost people were so helpful, bus drivers and even a homeless woman. We were so impressed with the neighborhood. We met other guest from Hawai'i staying there as well, so we didn't feel that far away from home.

We came for a cheer competition and Disneyland trip. The property is walking distance from the convention center and Disneyland. We ordered groceries through instacart and it was perfect. We saved a lot of money by doing that. I’d recommned the property and will stay here again.

Met all my needs and expectations. The only reason this wasn’t a 5 star was because the fire alarm came on in the middle of the night not just once but a handful of times waking me up from tired day of traveling.
