Very warm and cosy reception area. Breakfast was OK. Hotel is located in nice area.

There was no decent main lights in the room so could not read a book, we could not make TV work.

Was in a great location in Kyoto only a 10-minute walk to the main station but there were other stations nearby as well as bus stops to get around the city. Also, cafes and convenient stores are very close by.

shower If I had to choose something. Wasnt a big deal but for a tall person like myself the shower was a little inclosed for me as well the curtains for it.

Ubicada cerca de una estación de metro y paradas de autobús para recorrer la ciudad. También se puede acceder caminando a la zona comercial de Kyoto.

En general nos gustó todo, sin embargo, hubiese sido encantador que dentro de las amenidades tuvieran una máquina expendedora de café para los huéspedes.

駅から近く便利 朝ごはんのバイキングのメニューにお漬物やお団子やお抹茶があって京都らしくて良かった

A bit far from majn street

Good location, such that even an early morning cab ride to JR Kyoto was 1,000 yen. Very helpful 24/7 reception who can speak English - they assisted us in calling cabs in advance, and in the morning.

Very small rooms. Our two beds were pushed together into one mega bed and there was still no space to open our luggages - they had to be closed and opened in order to do anything, including going to the bathroom. The breakfast is not quite worth the top-up for it, but in a pinch it's fine. Rooms are cleaned only after the 3rd day, though fresh towels are given every day.

交通の便が良い。

壁や床、設置の家具全て、ホコリだらけ。 シャワーのフック、外れかけている。 室内スリッパの仕様が衛生的ではない。 フロントのご案内が丁寧ではない。(常に咳をしていて、その様な体調の人と対面したくなかった。)声が小さく聞き取りづらかった。

京都駅からもアクセスしやすく便利でした。コンパクトな作りで、シンプルな部屋の内装も素敵です。必要なものは一通り揃ってましたが、冷蔵庫に水が入ってたらもっと良かったです。自動販売機の水は売り切れてましたが、コンビニが近くに2軒あるのでなんとかなりました。

部屋の内線電話が壊れてました。きれいに清掃してありますが、枕とかの清潔感はイマイチだったかな？それくらいです。快適に滞在できます。

Great value for a stay in Kyoto. The location was nice and central, when we visited the Gion Matsuri festival was just a few blocks over and most of the temples and castles in Kyoto are within reach.

I didn't like the eco cleaning system. The clean after 3 days. We only stayed there for 3 days so we got no cleaning. They don't have an onsen

Room was large and the bed was comfortable. Check-in and out was easy and the free wifi was reliable. There was a subway nearby.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way.
