İ pay 5 star Hotel cost . But even hostel better than here. 1) All rooms smell Damp . 2) if you want 1990 s hotel concept you can choose . Bcs everything is 20 years old . 3) Bathroom tools are Rust . Also kettle was photo. 4) Reception worst than Custom line , you need minumum 30 minute. 5) Uneducated personals 6) Restaurant is only not bad . Not perfect but avarage quality 7)Bad sheets , pillows smells Damp. 8) when you walk floor hall , smells glue , paint . Bcs 20 years old need change but they only make up . 9) All what i said . İ have photos

Everything was great. The location is very good because its in the centre of the city and most attractions are 5-10 mins away.The food top quality and for all tastes.The apartment was one of the best we ever stayed.Big rooms, every day towels and room service .The hotel staff very polite and helpful with everything we needed. Even they made us a surprise birthday cake for our sons birthday. Who does that? Only the best family hotel in the UAE.

Maybe a small fresh up at the pool but its still lovely to swim there (2 lifeguards on every shift).

10 min loopafstand van de mega grote shopping mall en de burj khalifa. Kamers zijn lekker ruim en schoon. Beetje oudbollig interieur maar ieder zijn smaak. Personeel zijn super behulpzaam.

لا يستحق السكن فيه وخاصه الشقق حيث انها بعيده عن الفندق حتى الفطور يلزم عليك الخروج من المبني والمشي با الشمس لمده خمس دقايق للوصول للفندق اللي فيه الفطور حيث الشقق بعيده عن الفندق ولا يستحق ان يكون خمس نحوم الفندق مخالف للشقق الحذر منه يا اخوان شقق كأيبه من الداخل والاثاث قديم ولايستحق ان يكون خمس نحوم يستحق نجمتين فقط والصور مخالفه تماما للواقع وخاصه الشقق الصور للفندق فقط وليس للشقق

Staff gentilissimo e super simpatico (non comune nei 5 stelle). Posizione ottima sotto al Burj Kalifa e accanto al Dubai Mall. Grande spazio presso le piscine molto curate così come il ristorante giapponese sul "laghetto"molto carino.

La colazione non compresa nel costo della camera e la rumorosità della strada fuori (ma sono cose non importanti).

Very conveniently close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. The metro is a short 10 mins walk. The staff are really awesome and give out a 5- star treatment. From the doormen like Mr Robert, to reception- I wish I remembered all their names. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed by EVERYTHING with the hotel. Always a smile on everyone’s faces. The food is incredibly made. I have to give a shout-out to the breakfast chefs especially Mr Stephen! There are 3 pools. Quite large and spacious for all the guests. Mr John, one of the pool guys always helping you enjoy your poolside chills. I couldn’t recommend this hotel even more. The place is amazing and I’m definitely visiting again.

I liked the concierge who was incredibly helpful, the breakfast buffet options and the cleanliness of the rooms.

The check in process was a let down. We requested an early check in, there were no rooms available for us, but one that was more expensive that was “free right now to go into” so we paid an extra 300AED and then of course, were made to wait 15…20…40…60 minutes before we were allowed into the room. But then we were unable to get a refund and just go back to our original room!!!! I feel totally taken advantage of and think this was incredibly unfair. Then I looked on Booking.com and the same “upgrade room” was advertised much cheaper than what we were forced to pay!

Its proximity to Dubai mall and location in downtown, facilities at the hotel like the big pools. The staff are very friendly and very customer oriented, they were very helpful at all times, especially Jirayr at reception who helped us look for our son’s phone. Yasser and Hamdi at the pool were also extremely nice and helpful.

It’s old and needs renovation

Worst hotel experience of my life. Overrated, expensive, does not live up to Swiss Hotel's quality standards anywhere else. I expected so much more. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Must stay clear of this hotel if you want to enjoy your time in Dubai.

Everything from rate, service to facilities. There was no one to show us around the facility, which I found to be very strange for the amount of money I paid. Staff are corrupt trying to hook me up with drivers with whom they have financial interest. The venue is about collecting money nothing else, very disappointing in all aspects of the hotel and its services

Breakfast was v.good Good location

Old furniture. Smelly. Some buildings you have to go to by golf cart. The first apartment was with no carpet and no wallpaper. Just like a regular flat. Had to talk to management and they were kind to give me more Appropriate apartment.

Aufgrund einer Fugplanänderung erreichten wir das Hotel, nachts11 Std. vor der aktuellen Check in Zeit. Wir erhielten dennoch ohne wenn und aber oder Aufpreis unser Zimmer. Die zentrale Lage war der Grund der Buchung. Service und Freundlichkeit der gesamte Mitarbeiter war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Poolanlagen großzügig gestaltet. Im Pup wurde zu üblichen Dubai Preisen Alkohol ausgeschenkt.

Im Frühstück Außenbereich sind allerdings diverse Tauben die sich auf den nicht abgeräumten Tellern niederlassen.

Room was large and comfortable. Professional and polite staff. Dubai Mall is within a walking distance, but it is not inter-connected. You will still have to walk outside on the hot concrete road.

They are short of staff at the front desk. I have arrived in the early morning. There was only one female staff at the front desk and handling the long queue of guests who wanted to check-in. It was very chaotic and not well organised, we were just told by her to wait at the sofa across the check-in desk. Understandably she was very stressed with the amount of work she had to handle by herself. Funny thing was there was another male staff at the counter but somehow he was NOT doing the check-in process which was not helpful. The hotel should allocate the resources more appropriately to handle the volume of guests, since Dubai airport is operating for 24 hours. I waited for almost 40mins to check-in. Hotel provided a free WiFi but it was unfortunately not very usable since the connection was not strong enough. Forget about having video call.
