Personnel très agréable et serviable, hôtel et chambres très propres, très bon petit déjeuner ! C est un très bon hôtel ( même pour repartir à l aéroport disponibilité des taxis devant )

Ms Kseniia is smiling always and provides all the assistances for best services in the hotel . Intercontinental try their best for earlier check in and VIP lounge provides various soft drinks , wine , snacks and food ….during afternoon tea time .

Please arrange More vegetables for salad and more cakes in the breakfast

Utsikten var fin och sängen bäkväm.

Inredning i rummet sliten och det luktar mögel i badrummet.Det är så fuktig att handukar förbli helt blöta efter hela nattens tork.Receptionist som tog emot oss kom med nedlåtande kommentarer om mit namn och religion. Även ner jag frågade om lunchbox eftersom vi skulle checka ut kl.5 kom igen nedvärderande kommentarer ifrån honom.

This Istanbul hotel stands out as one of the best I've experienced. However, as is common with Intercontinental hotels, while they excel in many areas, there's a noticeable sense of aging within the building. I found the size of my room disappointing in relation to the nightly rate. Nonetheless, the hotel benefits from a convenient location, with pharmacies, shops, and numerous restaurants nearby, which is definitely a positive aspect. I was surprised to find that the door hinges in my room weren't clean, which was unexpected. Despite this, I overall enjoyed my stay.

Only one thing I didn't like that the room was small

Everything was absolutely perfect. Staff, breakfast, facilities… Highly recommend visiting.

كانت اقامتي مريحة اشكر الجميع السيد / محمد كشك ، كان مثالي ويقدم خدمة جيدة جدا وايظا المطعم الصباحي أشخاص ودودون جدا

فقط بعض التفاصيل الخاصة بخدمة الغرف وايظا أسعار صالون الحلاقة والصبا مرتفعة عن باقي الفنادق في نفس الفئة

Location Good ,Services Good , Porter and concierge was very Good and very helpfull Spa and Massges was good and enjoy this.

Building is very aged and gerally rundown and in poor state. Room was run down with aged carpet and run down batthroom , Beds was hard and uncomfortable , Room was very noisey at night from very loud music from Top level night club which did NOT finish until 2;30am most nights New Years event party night was a disgrace as extremly over priced with 600 Euro for 2 people and overated and a huge disappionment , food was horrible and tasteless , music during dinner was way to loud and really bad choice of songs during dinner , Very limited choices of Alcohol and service was a joke !!

تغير مبلغ التامين. عند قدومي لعمل تسجيل الدخول طلبو مني 750يورو فقط تامين وهذا لايجود من قبل مع العلم عند قدومي الي تركيا الفندق الوحيد الذي اسكن في هو الانتر . المبالغه في التامين ومع العلم حجزي 5ايام والتامين نص مبلغ الحجز وبعد محاولات تم القبول تنزيل المبلغ هل سياسة فندق او موظف جديد لايوجد فندق في العالم يكون المبلغ التامين نص مبلغ الحجز

Javais un souci de la securite qui sont venu a 23 hr 40 mn ils ont presque casse la porte en frappan tres fort et tous ça a cause de la tv pourtant cetai meme pas minuit ils nous ont fait peur

the room was very comfortable, clean except one day they forgot to clean it despite in the club room, they did compensation by giving me late check out until 6pm; Otherwise, I really enjoyed the view as I was in 17 floors.

the SPA was very, but they still did not have the facial service since m going to this hotel. the massage was very good and I saw an improvement in SPA.

Warm welcome, upgrade room, huge lounge , nice bar with fireplace , decoration

There’s should be a dress code at the restaurants in order to avoid flip flop sandals all around

فندق رائع رغم ان الاثاث قديم نوعا ما ولكن مستوى الصيانة جدا عالي , الموقع ممتاز جدا وقريب من كل الخدمات ومن شارع تقسيم الحيوي، الخدمات جيدة وسريعة ، الموظفين ودودين ومتعاونين ، اطلالة رائعة على البسفور

Unassuming location close to Istiklal and Metro but far enough not to be grubby. Staff are amazing especially Mahsun at breakfast and Lounge - and Zeynap housekeeping
