La ubicación es perfecta, hay que decir que el apartamento está en una calle con pendiente. Apartamento grande.

No estaba muy limpio, las camas son poco cómodas y el aire acondicionado, a 16 grados, no enfriaba.

Estuvimos intentando contactar por teléfono varias veces con el alojamiento y cuando al fin pudimos la persona que nos recibió no era agradable, incluso respondía algunas cosas con burla/sarcasmo

Newly renovated/built spacious apartment building which is located about 20 minutes on foot from old town.

Checking in process could have been more flexible. First we got an email that asked us to confirm our booking in 24 hours and pay advance, otherwise our booking would be cancelled. This was a few days before our arrival, and I found it weird because I used my credit card for booking, so they could have charged it if we had not shown up. We confirmed our arrival and payment method as it was asked. Then the owner asked us to send our arrival time. Okay, we sent it. Then he asked us to call him on the day of arrival. We called him. Then he asked to call him 30 minutes before our arrival. We did it. I know it is inconvenient to wait for guests, but if you are letting out apartment for short periods, you have to be flexible. There was no oven in the apartment.

Somehow I didn't find the warmness from the staff. There is no water kettle provided

we were 3 separate sleepers..the 2nd bedroom was very small for 2 adults,and beds not very comfortable..A sofa bed would have worked better.. It was not possible to leave suitcases anywhere on the premises which would have been appreciated since we were visiting granada all the next day. Otherwise the apartment was clean,comfortable and quiet with easy access to various neighborhoods..

A very well-sized apartment and reception was very helpful. Had everything it needed and we enjoyed our stay

Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner and shown the appartement. We were able to check-in early and park the car in the garage which was great. There is an additional charge for parking but having a secure private parking space directly in the building is well worth the cost. Appartement is comfortable and well equipped, very comfy beds. Location is good, very quiet and we were able to walk to all main attractions in the city. Opposite the appartement is a tiny backery with wonderful pastries!
