fews staff’s so rude, we arrived around 3pm the guy just put the key( card) of my and said: go for your room . never back first day air conditioning doesn’t work and reception lady said open the window we can’t do nothing. and much more happened.

The facilities are very good. Very big pool and garden with many chairs. Near to Cala Major and also the mountains. Could easily go to the beach or go hiking.

It is a bit hard to reach the hotel on foot. It is on a hill. The road is narrow and some part doesn’t have a sidewalk.

Super nice property with tons of activities. The pool was big. The only thing is the jacuzzi wasn't hot and the pool wasn't heated, not sure if that is because it was off season.

Housekeeping didn't seem to clean just remake the beds and replace towels

The breakfast was a buffet and staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The manager agreed to let me reduce my stay from 6 nights to 3 nights.

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel in my view. Rooms are cold and no heating in the system. Reception confirmed. Building is new but no real feel of warmth. Staff are professional. There is no tea / coffee or even kettle in the room. Coffee machine neither in the rooms, just a room with a fridge. The shower cubicle is very small, I'm a small person and I had issues turning and not hitting my arms or moving comfortably. You can hear people in the adjacent rooms. Cleaning was better 2nd and 3rd day The fire alarm went off on 2nd night around 4.30 am and again around 4.50 am.. so not ideal. I guess other people will be happy here. I didn't like the hotel for these reasons. I was happy to leave.

Very practical and comfortable. Good bus connection and in walking distance to loads of restaurants and shops.

It's a massive hotel and the corridors can get noisy sometimes during the night.

I loved everything about the Hotel Food pool and the staff.

there should be more fruit options at the breakfast, the parking has not enough space for all the cars, almost everything you have to do you will need a car

Main areas of the hotel were well maintained and clean however rooms were extremely basic, not even a kettle in there . We found hair and finger nails on the floors , there was broken glass left on the floor of the restaurant as we sat down for breakfast from the night before . Food at breakfast was very bad. We’re glad we took porridge for our little boy as none of us ate anything . Pool bar food is cheap and ok for lunch but dining area there felt dirty . Was fine as a base for us as we were out all day but if you’re wanting a hotel holiday I think this lacks a bit

Great breakfast and it is perfect that you can eat it outside in a very nice location close to the pool. Helpful staff and nice room. Great balcony and view. Hotel is in a nice area as well.

It took quite some time for the AC to bring down the temperature in the room. I had to pay to take beach towels.
