I did not like, was that from the restaurant menu, always there are missing meals listed in the menu, and it was not just in this trip, also in previous trips.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were attentive and very helpful when needed. The day spa has really lovely rooms that are spacious and the staff are very good.

The toilet paper provided in the rooms is not enough. The rolls are very small and there is only two rolls provided - not good if you happen to have Bali Belly! Also the provision of bottled is very limited compared to other hotels we stayed where the bottles were plentiful. However, you can always buy your own, but really water should be something that is provided as it is a necessity in Bali.

Hard to find a sun lounge in the sun by one of the pools.

Breakfast terrible Breakfast area terrible and very hot. Lots of midges flying around the pastries. For the price of the hotel the breakfast was well below what you would expect. TV in room was cheap and asked for a replacement as speakers were stuffed. Replacement still not that good. We paid for the best rooms at the hotel. Fridge very small.

We loved the pool and the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly.

The resort facilities were beautiful and the beachfront location.

My room was old and unattractive.

The lovely gardens and lounge areas. The swimming pools - plenty of nice lounges, in the shade, as well as in the sun. The breakfast was great. The beach area is just lovely with the cabanas on the beach and pontoons in the water. The beachside restaurant has a nice vibe. All the staff were friendly and polite and did a good job.

The mattress was a bit hard. Renovations are being done so hopefully the room I had will get a softer one.

The sea was not clean.

What a great hotel. We will get ground floor next time. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. Location fantastic. Lots happening out front along the beach. Highly recommend

The surroundings, garden and beautiful greenery of the hotel grounds compensate for any struggles with proper communication with the staff. The staff, by the way, try their best to help and are extremely and sincerely friendly and helpful.

The staff has difficulties in understanding english. Eventually it was possible to communicate requests but it requires some patience.

The service and staff were top rate. Location is great. Quiet and secluded. Grounds so clean. Breakfast had lots of options

We didn't book a bungalow but given a bungalow. Room was big and good location but the smell in the bathroom was terrible. We had to put towels over the shower and floor drain to try and reduce the smell.

It was all so wonderful. The room we stayed in was on the second floor, very comfortable, super clean, the bed was wonderful, the room was very spacious. As the hotel faces the beach, we were able to use the pool and the beach at all times. Breakfast ok, it was buffet. The hotel was super clean, I saw employees cleaning at all times from the leaves that fell from the trees to the pillars of the reception, impeccable cleanliness. Had to stay longer at the hotel to explore more, we didn't want to leave. The hotel has 4 swimming pools and all perfect, super warm water, with super comfortable chairs around the pools.

Nothing to complain about my stay. Only thing we were sad about is that we had to leave.

The hotel has a real nice Balinese look with very pretty gardens and common areas. The 3 different pool areas where fantastic, breakfast really good and varied, the beach was lovely with white soft sand and if you were lucky to get them the double bed sofas, fabulous! The beach restaurant and its staff, really, really nice. The SPA is beautiful with good and knowledgeable staff. Over all the staff was really sweet and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels and linen changed all the time. Loved the location because close to everything but very calm!

I found the room a bit outdated concerning decoration. The pillows in bed much too hard, more than enough of them but none comfortable. The shower curtain should have been a glass door. Worst of all was the "changing room" of lobby. I tried to book my room for longer because early check-out but it wasn't available and staff informed me I could leave my luggage in lobby and use changing room. Unfortunately the changing room is horrible! 1 shower and 3 toilets, 1 sink, no air-conditioning!!! For a hotel of this standing a bit more attention to detail wouldn't hurt.

Perfect location by the sea. Best location in Sanur. Sun beds on the beach. Restaurant right by the sea. Lots of swimming pools. Stunning grounds. Lovely rooms with a balcony. Staff super helpful and always had time and a smile. Great breakfast with a huge choice. Good evening meal options and lots of cocktails. Prices good.

The yoga was amazing and worthwhile staying just for that hour in the morning and we're not even proper yogis. Breakfast was great. Liked the traditional look of the facilities and everyone was superfriendly.

The location wasn't great which is not the hotel's fault and we only stayed there as we were on the way to Gili Twat but just in comparison to other places in Bali. Rooms could've been a bit cleaner and our room service tray stood outside our rooms for the whole day.

Rooms were lovely, and comfy!! Pools were fabulous
