The room was nice, the hotel just some years old, everyone friendly and professional. Since it is a wellness hotel everything smells a bit like sauna, it is very warm in the hall and as an extension in the rooms, but by opening the windows and shutting down all heating, that can be managed. Breakfast is OK, not super divers, but it was OK.

Over 3.000 CZK (123 Euro) is just too much for one night with parking, yes Prague is near, but still the place is quite a bit away and for the overall quality 100.- Euro would be fair. My room was at the end of a corridor, perhaps that's why the Wifi connection was terrible, I had a Teams call, we had to deactivate all cameras and still there was a lot of stutter. In the bathroom the shower doors open only outside, so you end up with a wet floor, with doors swinging both sides, that could be avoided.

The room was spacious and clean the balcony is very nice, though the door is hard to open the spa is pleasant the location far away from everything, but very green, fresh air, beautiful spacious parking meals in restaurant are delicious, wine choice limited but good spa not very crowded personnel tries their best, and in general friendly friendly waitress in the restaurant

-No room service at all. No any kind of shop even near. Getting a simple glass of water later in the night might be a problem - Hairdryer in the room has three different switchers. Figuring out right combination to turn it on needs a scientific degree - worst breakfast I ever had in a 4 star setting. No beef no fish, fruits are limited and over very quickly. Very artificial drinks Very little options Feels like breakfast in a 3 star setting, not more - spa floor is very slippery when wet, though haven’t seen much of personnel to wipe it. It is dangerous, but no one takes care of it - water bottle in the spa is not replaced on time. We had to do it ourself. Hydration in spa is essential though. - One super small and crowded jacuzzi - Hotel is obviously not prepared for English speaking guests, only some people speak English Overall, it felt more like 3 star hotel with the spa attached to it. It was fairly good to stop to rest while on the way somewhere else, but I would not come here for a vacation specially

The pool, saunas and jacuzzi. Also the restaurant which offered some choices for vegetarians and fish lovers as well as more typical dishes. The bedroom was much bigger than expected, with very comfortable beds.

The lack of signposting in the spa area, which left us wandering around looking for the sauna rooms. Although or room was fine, the bathroom was a bit shabby and had seen better days. The info pack in the room should have included a restaurant menu - it was a strange omission. Lastly, the pillows were ridiculous - a choice between massive and overstuffed, or very thin and unsupportive. I had neck ache in the morning so my advice would be: bring your own pillows f from home.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very clean as well. It’s in a quiet location. Lots of space and breakfast is great. All the staff were really nice. Wifi worked well. The shower in the penthouse was amazing. We stayed in the penthouse and it is huge. The pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna are all really lovely.

The bowling was not open. Penthouse could have : - a more comfortable and nicer sofa - a full length mirror - a variety of pillows (there is just one very big pillow to sleep on.) .

You can hear every single noise (sound) from other rooms. Not a good place to take a rest and stay in quiet zone.

Perfect hotel for families. A lot sport activities: pool, bowling, basketball and more. A perfect restaurant at the hotel and perfect breakfast. We enjoyed a lot.

Hotel charged payment for staying two times - as a prepayment and during the checkout. The situation has been resolved quickly and cash has been returned but it spoilt the experience a little.

Friendly, helpful, and attentive: everything you would wish for from the staff during our stay. Location is set in what feels like the countryside with birds singing while you enjoy the great food outside on the restaurant’s terrace. Room, facilities and breakfast were great! Will definitely return 👍🏽

I’m really picking at bones here, but a few fittings and fixtures could do with some TLC
