C’era un cattivo odore all’esterno

Staff was great, lobby and pool are nice, food was quite bland but decent enough.

Unfortunately the room was disappointing, slide door to the toilet could not be locked due to swollen door frame and the bedroom had a terrible strong sewage odour all night, smelled very very bad. I would not stay there again unfortunately

Hotel został wybrany z uwagi na bliską odległość od lotniska i tylko na jedną noc. Obsługa bardzo pomocna w zakresie transferu, dogrywa wszystkie szczegóły biorąc pod uwagę godzinę lotu. W naszym przypadku transport hotelowym busem był dodatkowo płatny. Wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i bezproblemowo.

Okolica hotelu nie była przyjemna- dość uboga, zaniedbana i brudna ulica prowadząca do hotelu, jednakże i tam jak w całej Tajlandii można było wyjść i zjeść bardzo dobre jedzenie.

Excelente hotel para las personas que quieren alojar de paso cerca del aeropuerto. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y tienen un restaurant muy bueno! Pieza amplia, muy comoda. Cuentan con una agradable piscina para los que quieran disfrutar de ésta en un dia caluroso. Tienen transporte propio que cuesta 80 bath hacia y/o desde el aeropuerto disponible cada una hora a lo largo del día, am y pm.

Some areas are a a work in progress, bathroom had some issues that needed fixing, door would not lock etc

After a week in Thailand it was a pleasure to have a bit of luxury before our flight to Hanoi. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good with the usual choice of food. Coffee was good. Nice swimming pool area.

Reception , lobby staff were very professional and helpful.

One staff member at the restaurant during late evenings service. Obviously didn't want to be there at 9pm serving customers , was rude in communication which was very unusual from thais. But this lady was shooing me away with her hands to sit back down as i was asking her a question about some food condiments like salt and pepper. Location was a bit disappointing , hotel was right at the end of a Soi Road , a long way from the main road , 8 minutes walk to the closest 7 eleven.

i had beer and crisps and noodle seafood in the restaurant at 6pm. all good

better selection of tv channels .. to see golf or fitness or music dance

We had the full package airport transfers , and breakfast. Pick up from the airport went smoothly. Staff were very helpful, could speak English well. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The pool was warm (not heated just weather warm) yet cooling at the same time, as it was so hot. Breakfast, Great variety. Something for everyone.
