Amazing location! Great access to metro lines that are right at your door step

The hotel is very close to a main metro station in Tokyo. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area Tokyo tower not too far (walking distance). There's a convenient store with direct access from the hotel

Just a short walk from Shimbashi Station. Many little restaurants and lively evening streets. Can walk to local parks or to Ginza shopping. View of Tokyo Tower at night from the window. Staff not only checked our bags for us, but put them in our rooms.

The new attempt to use self-check in machines is ridiculous. They wound up checking us in at the desk, wasting their and our time. Tiny rooms are to be expected, but the bathroom here has odd windows with pull-down roller screens, which are awkward to use. No washers and dryers available.

The hotel was in a great location and an easy walk from the station. The room was clean and tidy, a little on the small side but prefect for a night or two. There was self-check in which is available in different languages so easy to use when arriving and the staff are there if you do need any help. Lots of different restaurants and bars around for eating out and a convenience store downstairs if you need anything.

Bathroom was super clean, no funky smell at all. Wonderful location. Many restaurants and bars in the area that are open late. There's a Lawson's next to the lobby and a Family Mart in the neighboring building.

The room was clean and the location was perfect for us to roam the streets and have fun during the night in the busy streets of Tokyo. For a quick stay - couple of days the hotel is great.

The room is very small and one can barely open a big luggage near the bed.

Love the toilet and bed, i had the best sleep! The toilet was extremely comfortable and the water was always hot.

The space was a little cramp for 2 large luggages, it was quite hard to unpack my bag, but i understand the space is limited and it's already very well designed! Overall, don't hate it.

Convenient location, only a couple minutes walk from Shimbashi station with many food options nearby. Room was clean.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows, double room was quite small so was quite a struggle to have both suitcases open. Rooms had different style power sockets than the classic Japanese style we were prepared for, so we had to purchase an adapter from downstairs.

i stayed in two different room on different occasions, the glass bathroom door is fine and a nice touch for spaciousness but not so nice when the room layout has the bed directly faces the toilet bowl.
