This room was definitely a great value for money, especially in Florence! The room was very large and situated in a quiet but central neighborhood. There was a boiler, tea and coffee capsules in the room (coffee machine in the reception). When we arrived there was no staff at the reception but we communicated by phone and the self check-in was very easy. The hotel also sent recommendations for restaurants and coffee/breakfast places that we tested and approved. I highly recommend this hotel and I will surely book again for my next trip in Florence.

Street next to the one where the room was located was full of the suspecious people.

letto molto comodo e spazioso, stanza grande con bagno altrettanto grande, non c’erano problemi di spazio.

abbastanza rumorosa (clacson delle macchine, persone lungo i corridoi e gocce del bagno), doccia scomoda e poco funzionale e ingresso un po’ buio e maltenuto

The hotel is very nice and located near the historical center. Our room was clean and spacious. We also had a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi, which was a nice surprise. We were also very pleased that in the check-in instruction the property gave us some recommendations of cafés, restaurants, and museums. Very thoughtful!

We could not connect to the wifi, but it wasn’t critical for us. The free luggage storage is available but in a sister hotel located nearby.

Great location - walking distance from the train station and main attractions. Rather quiet street. A bit worn down but still charming. Self check-in/out.

Das WLAN hat praktisch gar nicht funktioniert (habe mehrfach einen AP des Appartements dazu kontaktiert, erst versuchte er zu helfen, dann antwortete er einfach nicht mehr) Extrem hellhörig, man hört sowohl Strassengeräusche als auch alle Nachbarn im Flur sehr laut, da sowohl die Fenster als auch die Türen nicht abgedichtet sind Wasserdruck sehr schwach

Es ist wirklich alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt an der stark befahrenen Straße, an Schlaf ist hier kaum zu denken. Zudem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Wer etwas Entspannung und Ruhe zum Ankommen sucht ist hier an der falschen Adresse.

The stairs, noisy,

Big and spacious. Great loctation just outside the city centre. Comfortable beds also. Everything was clean and they change the towels and make your bed daily

Accommodation is very clean and got a great sleep. located 10/15 minutes walk to the centre. They are plenty of restaurants around the corners if you didn't want to go into the centre. Easy check in. Communication is via text.

The that location was good,. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were nice, and the bathroom was huge.

It would’ve been nice to have coffee in my room rather than having to go into the lobby. Also, would’ve been nice to have some water provided and some kind of breakfast snack.

the location was good, close to the train station and not that far from the city center. The room was spacious and the bed was big.

The noise… I don’t know if it was the room we were staying only, but the windows don’t block the sound of the road at all… Even closed it was so noisy as if they were open. If you have very good earplugs or you’re not affected by noise it’s fine but otherwise it’s quite uncomfortable.

Location is great and very clean. Orner was nice and made a coffee when we checked out.

We need to take a key to use the bathroom each time.
